The property was clean, well-stocked and in a perfect location. I had an issue with the cooktop but a repairman was sent promptly and the issue was resolved. I very much enjoyed my stay. You cannot beat the location!

This is our home away from home. We have stayed here several years now and we love it. Hosts are very responsive. Easy check in and out. Perfect location steps to the beach. The kitchen has recently been updated and a bonus washer and dryer makes it perfect for longer stays. It is well stocked too.

Our host responded quickly to our concerns...everything was very clean..we were provided with everything you would need or forgotten when going on vacation. Colors of decor was perfect..very comfortable from beds to couch...we had bottled water upon arrive which was a great idea..we were thirsty...thanks Grace and Charlie.

This lil home away from home is such a gem! We very much enjoyed the short walk to the beach, local coffee shop (Grove is amazing for breakfast and coffee!), and pool. The house is small, but everything we could’ve needed for a great week in Indian Rocks Beach!

Fabulous! Perfect spot for us! Second time there, different cottages. This cottage was perfect size for us; very clean; plenty of linens, and beach equipment; hosts very proactive and responsive to any questions. Location is perfect, not too crowded, but near busier spots if desired. Plenty of room on beach every day we were there. Pool very clean and relaxing. Nearby food outstanding! Definitely our favorite vacation spot. Highly recommend!
