Best Apartments in Indianapolis

Room 2618 was a beautiful room. A few comments: 1) The room door was slightly misaligned and did not shut. They did fix it very quickly. 2) The internet went out on Thursday for 6+ hours Overall, the experience was great. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was cleaned daily, which is different from many hotels currently.

No review for me. This is frustrating.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room, great location to shopping and access to the mall.

Room temperature to me is 72, it was 68 in my room, far too cold for this Floridian’s liking. I wanted ice. No ice on the main floor, the attendant said there is ice on every floor. Fine, I went to my floor, no ice. I went down one floor, no ice, down another floor, no ice, finally on the 4th try, I got ice. $40 for parking is steep but in downtown Indy with a car full of stuff, I had no choice. It worked out well, no issues. God is good. Breakfast is good, hot and fast. Could have used a better muffin selection, bran was the only choice. The valet parking was great. Evan Coffman was nice. The “green” whatever it was provided in the shower for shampoo burned my scalp. I had to get out and rewash with the stuff on the bath counter. Horrible.

We were in town for a weekend dance competition. The event is all consuming and leaves no time for dinners or visiting with the participants. It was also my daughter’s 16th birthday so I wanted it to be super special. The staff went above and beyond! They arranged a great room, balloons, a card signed by all the staff and a cake to surprise my daughter. She said it was the best part of the weekend. Special shout out to Jermaine the manager, Terra for taking charge to make it all happen and Kyla with the great room hook-up!

The hotel is very nice and clean for an older building. The location is perfect for all the fun things to do in downtown Indy. What really made this stay spectacular was that every working we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a nice man greeting us as we entered and waited in a short line to check in. This was during a very busy night with a major sporting event. The front desk was super friendly, and the two ladies working breakfast were as sweet and helpful as can be. We really felt like we were part of their family. Thanks for a great stay!!

The hotel lobby is on the second floor. A escalator is required, but there will be security guards to bring luggage up. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall. There is a Chinese restaurant near the hotel, the taste is not bad, can satisfy the Chinese stomach a little. The overall environment is ok, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, and there are fewer options.

Spend the extra $20-30 and get a nicer hotel in a better part of town. For starters, it’s hard to figure out where to turn into to get to the motel. When you do, it looks ROUGH. Broken windows, trash, sketchy-looking people. I will say that the person at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. They got me some soap because my room didn’t have any. Spoiler alert: their kindness and a fairly comfy bed are the only good things about this place. The vending/ice machines were all out of order. The hallways smelled like **** and a lot of the rooms were open and used as maintenance rooms. It was creepy. The room itself wasn’t much better. The carpet was dirty, torn and had burn marks in it. The a/c unit was older than I am. The bed, albeit comfy, had stained and/or possibly dirty sheets and pillows. And the bathroom was pretty bad too. Just don’t stay here. It was still almost $100 for one night. Spend an extra $20 and get a better room.

The rates were a little higher than expected and the rooms a bit dated but overall was a pleasant stay. The staff is very minimal. The breakfast area has some hot options and coffee but is only manned by one individual, whom I want to note did an amazing job on her own. Its a little further walk from some downtown locations but overall a good option.
