Norwood Inn & Suites Indianapolis

Horrible it was dirty the door was broke had to lift it just to close the door latch lock was broken like the door had been kicked in. I did take photos. The cockroachs were at the elevator thankfully didn't see any in the room. Made sure there was no bed bugs on our bed. A guy kept walking up and down the hall way near our room. People were sleeping in vehicles outside or at least I think they were sleeping. My husband stayed up all night so I could sleep to drive just in case someone tried to come in our room.

Terrible hotel Ineffective receptionist Low maintenance Unclean bedcloth. There were many holes of a bed sheet and many hair on a pillow case. Many small insects in a bathroom If you have more budget,trying to avoid this hotel.

For the price paid it’s worth it. Try and get a room on 3rd or 4th floor for more privacy and a cleaner room. The area isn’t bad and it’s conveniently located right off the highway exit for quick access to the city.

Crackers, drunk people and unsafe place. People shouting and fighting in Cordero you will not be able to sleep. Not worth money and waste of time if you want to rest.

The piece and quiet

Hotel is undergoing some renovations. Rooms are very clean. Although the staff is very firm in following their policies and rules, it's not a bad place to stay. Very conveniently located near the highway. They are very firm with their checkout times. Can't wait to see the rooms after they have been fully updated.

The front desk person is horrible. No manners and basic courtesy. We booked the hotel for three and there is only towel and when asked for two more got a rude response. The water clogs in the sink Cockroachs everywhere in the room. Overall, very unpleasant experience. Will not recommend to anyone

Wow. This was bad: Dirty, the carpet was sticky, no blankets, sheets were worn and threadbare with holes.  They required a $200 deposit which is hopefully to be refunded in 3-5 business days but which was completely unexpected. The exterior of the building is being painted so the windows were covered over with plastic and the air conditioning didn’t work.  Never again.

ROACH MOTEL Of course I don’t have the option to upload the video of the cockroaches in my room. When I showed the front desk the video he threatened to kick my ass. He was lucky that I just came to Indianapolis for a six figure job and didn’t want to be imprisoned for what would have been called a hate crime for kicking his ass.
