SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Downtown

It is a little rough around the edges for the price. Odd setup with toilet in separate room than shower. Mirror in bathroom cracked. Rough towels that were on the small side. Just meh.

Breakfast was standard buffet style for hotels these days, however the staff was on point with everything from prep to cleanup.

I had a king studio room. It was roomy and clean. I really appreciated having a fridge, microwave and coffee station so I could have tea in my room. They also had a 24 hr coffee/tea/water in the lobby as well. Onsite parking options were valet or self park. I was there for a weekend conference and there were a lot of people yet it didn't feel crowded. Overall, it was seamless and I'd definitely stay there again.

We had a room on the 15th floor with a view of the city. My daughter loved that. It’s right across the street from the canal walk. We were able to rent e-bikes and bike around the canal which was awesome. Parking is $35 and the free breakfast was good. The only negative is that it was very slippery walking into the entrance of the hotel. I don’t know if it was oil or water or what but it worried me that someone would slip and fall. Otherwise, we would stay again!

The location was great for us, we had an event at the convention center and the skywalks were perfect! Nice hotel, clean rooms and overall. Huge gym!

Breakfast was ok. Beds, blankets, and pillows were not the best. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Great location.

Staff was very nice to answer the questions even though it was very late in night. Room layout is good for the family. Amenities good

Sandy at check-in was great! Quick, easy check in process. Friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean, with a nice view. 24/7 gym was also a great amenity.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good just limited options to except.
