We arrived for the eclipse of the sun. We watched the eclipse on the patio of the hotel. We received a free aperitif, it was nice. Nice location. Delicious restaurant. Thank you for a pleasant vacation.

Came for the eclipse, and was one of the few hotels not gpuging prices that nite. Cllean, quiet, in a nice location. Nice walkway behind the hotel for a morning jog. Wish these hotels would throw in a lite breakfast without buying the restaurant fare.

This hotel has to one of best Marriott properties I’ve stayed in. Very professional and welcoming staff. The M lounge is also top tier. Lauren the attendant is not only professional, personable but does everything in her power to make you feel welcomed. Other locations could take a lesson in what outstanding customer service looks like. WD

I would not recommend this place at all. The room we were in had a visible water leak in the ceiling ( pic attached) you can see where they repair it and how it is leaking again and making the paint flake off right on top of you as you sleep. The front desk is completely unresponsive and unprofessional . The worst I had in as far as I remember! I tried calling few times on Saturday morning to order breakfast to the room and no one picked up till we had to leave for a timed event , ended up getting chips from the gift shop for the kids to eat in the car on our way to church. Same for dinner that same night! Called to order room service for the kids and when the food didn’t come 40 minutes later, I called back to check on it. Apparently, the messed up and lost my order but instead of the front desk handling professionally, and let me know that! the employee called and started to take my order all over again and when I questioned that she started making fun of my accent and mocking me! Needless to say, I won’t stay here again even for free!!

Front desk staff always courteous and polite set me up with an upgrade for the stay. Wanna give thanks to Lauren Stigger for her attention to detail and customer service in the concierge lounge. Concierge lounge has good variety of foods and beverages.

The tv don’t work in the room that was reserved. Between Dee, Syd and Gab, they were able to not only get the room switched swiftly, they were able to accommodate my brother with some extras, since his wedding was the next day.
