Wonderful hotel with 1920 railway cars transformed into very comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location 100% recommended. Take a railway car room!

One of a kind location. We attended a Black Tie wedding in the Grand Ball Room. The Art Deco historic event center was breath taking. Staff was excellent every where. We booked two nights in September only we are staying in the Pullman Cars. What an adventure. We did not even have to leave the hotel. We highly recommend this location.

It took me an hour and a half just to find the Hotel. Had to call 3 times to get directions. Finally the third person stayed on the phone until I got to the hotel doors. The rest of our stay was good. We enjoyed staying in a train car room except my wife had a hard time getting up and down the stairs into the train car. Those are probably better suited for people under 62 years of age.

Amazing place to stay for easy access to the stadium! Very clean hotel! Had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Came I. For concert. There is only 1 singular entrance to the hotel due to construction and it is only accessed off one road …Hotel should have reached out through Hotels. We drove 3 however in bumper to bumper traffic with only one bright spot that the hotel has valet only to find out the valet only has spots for half the guest hotel contains. So we were “ permitted” to unload our bags but we had to find our own parking , which meant going back into traffic and the directions they gave for a garage was not useful due to road closures.. I am sure it will be nice once construction is done but would not consider unless you call and get directions to the entrance which would have saved us from being 2 hours late to. Concert when downtown was packed with cars.

Sorry used bar of soap in shower. Water very slow to drain in shower. Parking is terrible with construction very hard to maneuver downtown. Valet full on arrival paid 85$ to park in parking garage down street. Had to pack luggage several blocks.

The traffic was out of control. We struggled to find the entrances. I followed the messages but it was still difficult. The property was very nice though.
