Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel

On thing I can't get any coffee anywhere at this location at the time of my stay. Other than that 5 star.

Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great. We liked that it was right off I-465 and about 15 minutes from downtown.

Helpful staff & breakfast was good with several options.

Very clean… friendly staff! Breakfast is awesome! They offer a variety of options for breakfast with all the fixin’s!!!!

My first issue was that they started construction work at 8 AM and woke both My Wife and myself up. When I went to speak to a general manager about it, there was not one to be found. The person at the front desk, just like everyone else under 30 these days, was completely clueless and unhelpful. Customer Service was absolutely horrible. Forgot to mention that when I checked in, the person at the desk was fairly nice, but then went directly out and smoked in front of the building. Once I was taken care of which I feel is extremely inappropriate for Associates or employees of any business that provides a service involving customers.

Good location near downtown Indianapolis, close-by food (McDonalds, Starbucks, Subway, etc.). On site EV charging was a welcomed touch.
