Our experience was good except for the air conditioning wasn’t working in any hallways, down by the breakfast area or in the front by the desk!  Very uncomfortable!

The guy at the front isn't very friendly. I watched him check in at least 12 people throughout the day and never once saw him smile. Customers had to ask him questions. He hardly even looked up and made eye contact with customers. TV did work most of the night and they told us that's normal. After an hour or so they normally have to call maintenance to come fix it. The lady that comes in for him is great. She is friendly and helpful.

Overall it was good. I stayed there for several days and had a good rest at night. But the connecting room was a bit confusing. The staff was quite friendly. The coffee for breakfast was the most acceptable to me, and there was fat-free milk. A cup of latte was a good start to the working day.
