Everything was as expected.

Nice hotel

Room is not cleaning, second day a cockroach was in the bathroom the following day another one on the desk, the breakfast has no one pc of fresh bread all super processed and frozen, rom with the kitchen without soap to clean dishes plus the room cleaning need to be requested and even that some day wasn’t done… including that we’ve been overcharge compared to the daily rate.

The staff had their children with them while they were at work. I have never seen this happen in my entire life. They had the same breakfast each day and it wasn’t even luke warm.The dining room tables were dirty and the staff were hanging out in the kitchen with their children not even tending to what was needed in the breakfast room The furniture is the hotel was shabby and worn down. The furniture in our suite was covered with dirt on the armrest and the cushions. There was dried up stuff the side of loveseat, so we had to throw a blanket over it.. The kicker was when we arrived. I paid the ******* and the desk staff ended up charging me $369 when I had already paid *******.. when we got to the room that night they called and said it was taken care of, but it was not……I had to ask again in the staff that they couldn’t do anything because managers weren’t on duty. The carpets smelled like pee when you went down the stairs and also in some of the hallways I know they allow pets there

Room was clean. Roomy. The annoyance was the room keys had to be redone twice in a 3 day stay. There was also an electrical issue with the air conditioner that caused it to turn on then rapidly turn off. Breakfast was good.

Said they overbooked their rooms with a king that I paid for in advance. And it was Valentine’s Day. The wife and I spent 11 hours in the car so didn’t have much choice with the room. The breakfast was probably the worse I’ve ever had. No lie. Will never stay there again. Even if they paid me!?!?

Our 6am flight was canceled and the woman at check out was very kind and did her best to get us into the room ASAP even tho check in was 3pm and let us grab breakfast while we waited. Unfortunately we are flying back out 5am tomorrow and wouldn't have enjoyed the pretty good complimentary food they provide.
