The room is very large, but the facilities are relatively simple. I don’t like this hotel, valet parking is 45/day. The parking lot next to it actually only charges $10. The hot water pressure is too low and the water is very small, making bathing uncomfortable. The soundproofing effect of the room was very poor, and the passengers upstairs kept walking around, making me unable to sleep well all night. The room lacked bath towels and had to go to the front desk to get them. Unless you have a family and need an extra sofa bed, it is really not recommended. Breakfast is standard American style, so-so, not as good as the reviews say.

The TV's aren't smart and we got little or no signal in our room. They barely had enough signal to watch a show and when it did work it was choppy. EPIC fail

Very nice room, breakfast was great, staff was friendly and super helpful. The shower could have been cleaner. The shower door had water stains on it and could have been wiped better.

Beautiful property! Breakfast was well stocked and staff maintained everything wonderfully! Rooms were spacious. The location is amazing! Cons: the beds were horribly uncomfortable! Mattresses seemed worn out and sunk in the middle. Bathroom vent fan did little to remove the heat and steam from shower, leading to a very warm room and the air conditioner only cooled the bedroom, not the sitting room

The location couldn’t be better, super convenient to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, which made getting to the game really easy. The room was AMAZING…huge, clean, and perfect for our family of six with plenty of space to spread out. The full kitchen was such a bonus and made traveling with kids so much easier. The breakfast? Legit delicious (which rarely happens at hotel breakfasts). And the pool was a massive hit with my kids. They would’ve happily stayed there all day. From check in to check out, everything was smooth and welcoming. Safe to say when our family comes back to Indianapolis, this is the only place we’ll stay.

Excellent breakfast selection and the breakfast staff were so kind and accommodating. They made my kids feel special and even gave my son a treat for his birthday. We felt at home the whole stay!
