Shower cold. Fee for airport shuttle, elevator broken. Bed very comfortable. Top bedspread stained and towels stained

Never again. I’ve stayed here in the past. Things were falling down. Wardrobe hanger and shelf, toilet paper holder, handicap railing and seat were all collapsed. No HOT WATER for 4 days! Washed up and showered a couple of times in cold water. I stayed because I was committed to payment. Others complained with no results and a number of people left for other accommodations. I don’t need or require much but this experience was ridiculous and unacceptable.

Three days with no hot water. I ask for clean. They said I would have to bring the others downstairs First. The towels were stained Unsure, if the towels were clean, ask when the hot water was gonna be back on. I was lied to and said the water would be back on. I asked two days later if if they had lied to me and she actually said yes. I am not sure I trust this site

Basic hotel, but the rooms were nice and felt newly renovated. Nice and comfortable bed. Hotel is close to the airport but it is still almost 15 minutes drive there. Shuttle bus available for small fee. Breakfast was a disappointment. There is not much to do in the area around the hotel, so this is purely an airport hotel for early departures or late arrivals. However, there is a nice restaurant (The Library) within walking distance.

When we arrived we were able to check into our room immediately. Went into our room and it had NOT been cleaned. It was magically cleaned 20 minutes later. However, the top cover on the one bed still looked to have stains on it. We had made a reservation for a room that had 2 beds and a pull out couch, as we have 5 children. Arrived to find no couch, and no available rooms w/ a couch. Requested a roll away- didn’t have any. Requested an extra comforter and sheets to make a bed on the floor (YUCK) for my 9 y.o.- they never brought it. Thank goodness we had blankets from the car to put down. The beds were the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on and the pillows were awful as well. Before heading home the next morning, we planned to eat the continental breakfast. There was no one servicing it and hardly any food left. (This was before 9AM). They literally didn’t even plates to put the dry bagels on- didn’t have any condiments for them? No syrup for waffles, no juice or milk for the kids. Not even a cover for my husbands coffee cup. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Breakfast was disappointing. No coffee, just an empty pot and a mess on the counter. No amenities at this hotel at all. Lacked customer service also.

Bathroom floor dirty , staff gave us a room that was not even ready , new room water pressure low hot water was Luke warm

The entire hotel was dirty. The sheets, pillows, bed spreads, and towels all had stains. The floors, furniture and bathroom were nasty. The walls and doors were dilapidated and grungy. Nasty place.

They were very gracious and allowed me to stay another hour for late check out which was perfect for my plans
