The management at Comfort Inn seems to have one goal in mind, to provide excellent service. I made the reservation online and then decided to arrive a day early. The 1-800 number wanted to increase my charge for all the nights of our stay just because we wanted to arrive a day earlier. I contacted the hotel directly and was able to keep our lower rates for our original reservation and add on the additional night. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the fresh smell of the hotel. The front desk gentleman was so accommodating in putting us in a room next to our friends. While the rooms were on the small size, they were clean. The beds were comfortable. There were a few signs of wear around the air condition unit, but it did not affect its use. Even though the bathrooms are very small, the vanity is large with plenty of storage. Water pressure in the shower was very good. Breakfast was simple, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles with muffins, bread, and bagels. The one negative was the coffee. It was awful! Overall, if ever in the area again, we would definitely stay at the Comfort Inn at the Pyramids.

Hotel New renovation is best the hotel staff are very helpful•easy check in .room was clean and well made very comfortable bed As im entrance you can see New renovation in lobbey and breakfast .in the rooms .I was visiting family the area is safe

I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and they are great! I liked the color scheme and the bed was so comfortable. I was able to get an early check in for free and the staff was very friendly. I even bought a bottle of wine from the sundry shop! I would stay here again!

We stayed here recently for a Cheer competition and we’re very happy with the stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We did see that they were doing some upgrades in parts of the hotel and are excited to come back and see how things look in the future!

This hotel used to be my preferred hotel by the Pyramids however it had fallen into disarray over the past few years. After finding out on google that they had new ownership/management I decided to give it another shot and I am glad I did! The hotel has improved drastically! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the hot breakfast buffet was filling. I liked this hotel due to its convenient location and all of the food options around. So glad I can start staying here again! Great job Jimmy!!

Good clean hotel.the front desk is nice and welcoming .room was so neat and clean and breakfast was very good. The recent change in hotel was surprisingly beautiful …………………..would like to come back and stay at this place………………………………………..

My friend and I stayed overnight prior to a hospital visit. Young man at the desk extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds very comfy. The hit breakfast was a nice surorise. Would have preferred grab bars in bath but didn't specify so that was on me. Overall a very comfortable stay. Thanks!

We decided to give this hotel another shot after we found out the hotel sold in 2022 and new management took over. We are pleasantly surprised by all of the updates and changes they have made. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and had options such as biscuits and gravy, fried egg patties, pastries, bagels, and so much more. We love this location as it is so close to our family and now we can start staying here more often again!

Very disappointed. I booked a double bed room and was given a king bed. Sheets and towels were dirty and soiled. Floor was uneven, strange odor in the room, and the hallways smelled like ****! Would never recommend this place!!
