The room was nasty, smelly and unsanitary. The tub had yellow stains. There was no way I was showering in that tub. There were holes in the walls, had to have them come clean the heating unit. There wasn't a cover, and the dust was VERY THICK! There wasn't a phone, bedside lights didn't work. Charged $125 security deposit, and returned $120. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I understand it is a inexpensive motel, but DAMN!

They have roaches. They have dirty rooms. They will not refund you. They will take away your deposit because they gave you a dirty room and want to blame you for it. Worst experience ever. I’d rather sleep in my car at a rest stop. If you don’t “inspect” every aspect of your room within 30 minutes of your arrival, whatever they gave you, whether it be a stained pillowcase or roaches coming out of the wall is your responsibility.

Absolutely disgusting place. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and booked this hotel on Wyndham's website a year in advance. This place is run down and extremely dirty. I would have left and moved but literally every hotel in the city was booked with the concert weekend. No elevator the stairwells are dirty and smell like piss. The rooms are dirty old and stains on sheets and bedding. Dirty floors and the window shades have stains on them. The popcorn ceiling is falling down in spots. I did contact Wyndham and they do not do anything to rectify the horrible nights stay. Very disappointing hotel and I thought Wyndham was a better hotel group then this.

The man at the front desk went above and beyond and was so kind and helpful. We had some special requests and he took the time to help us. The rooms were very clean and i saw lots of cleaning people working i highly recommend this hotel. for the price a great deal

Our experience was good. No issues we got an early check in which was great! Our room was clean, quiet and better than expected. We were here for the Eras Tour so the price was higher than usual but it met all our needs. The previous reviews made us worry about our stay however it was great.

Slept in a shipping container outside of Baghdad that was cleaner and safer than this place. They will not refund your full deposit so call your bank and reverse the charges. Wyndham knows and doesn’t care. Took pictures sent them to Wyndham, no response. Got my bank to reverse all the charges. Used to go to Wyndham affiliated hotels, never again.

DO NOT GO HERE OR EVEN MAKE A RESERVE NOW PAY LATER RESERVATION THRU *******! I cancelled my refundable reservation 2 weeks prior, had an email to confirm thru ******* and the Hotel still refused to issue a refund. After multiple phone calls - many just unanswered- I was able to speak w staff who issued me a half refund but refused to refund me for the first night "per policy". I was charged for a hotel I never stayed at and had previously cancelled thru *******. This was the worst customer service I ever experienced at a hotel and this ALSO INCLUDES *******. DO NOT STAY HERE - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF YOU CANCEL. DO NOT USE ******* FOR A RESERVE NOW PAY LATER REZ.

No hot water, broken bathroom fixtures, and trash still in the room were bad enough, but we asked for extra towels and pillows and were told they would be brought to the room while we were gone. We returned late that evening to find they had not followed through. While not the fault of the property itself, the bullet hole in the lobby window did not inspire confidence in the safety of the location.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone very ghetto they also stole my boyfriends game controller they told him they didn’t find anything in the room when we checked out , I wanted to find a hotel that was cheap but never again. Not somewhere you should take your family go to a nice motel 6 or something.

One star because 0 stars isn’t an option! It should be condemned. They charge extra deposits and fees not on the website too. We were desperate at the time and couldn’t cancel the reservation when we got there.

Dirty, smelly and unacceptable. There were suspicious people in and around the building. We had a man open our room with a key card and began yelling at my son. I

My stay was not great and it was not terrible. The worker at the check-in desk was kind and courteous. When I asked for an iron, he offered to bring one to my room. He also share about the free breakfast in the morning which starts at 6 a.m. The exterior is interesting. The motel stands alone hidden behind the interstate. But the surrounding environment is clean and seemingly safe and residential. The motel is located close to popular businesses. The rooms are passively clean. The bathrooms are impressively clean and neat which white towels. The room included a larger than expected refrigerator, a microwave and flat screen tv. I didn't, however, see a thermostat. The room remained warm.

If I could give a negative rating, I would, but the lowest we can go is one star. Just needed to sleep somewhere along our road trip route, and this is where my son and I ended up and I’m just glad we made it out safely the next morning. The hotel charged a $125 cleaning fee on top on the nightly rate, but didn’t refund all of it because we used one hand towel. Also, advertised as having free breakfast which there was not, which was fine because neither of us wanted to eat there, and were eager to get away as quickly as possible. Stay away from this trashy hotel! I do not recommend to anyone.

There was atleast one bug on the bed(We left super scared that we picked up bed bugs), our sleep was very poor and their were holes in the walls/sheets. Don't expect much of anything of the breakfast, no banana's, just the cheapest muffins someone could have pulled from a dumpster. This hotel stay was free with points and I still regret it.
