Residence Inn Indianapolis South/Greenwood

We stayed overnight at this hotel. When I arrived, there was a party in the lobby, and it was very noisy, but despite this, nothing could be heard in the room. The room was very spacious. It had the bare minimum for comfort, and usually, in such hotels, more is expected. The breakfast for $15 is not worth the money. In regular hotels, such breakfast is included in the room rate. I’m unlikely to be willing to return there again.

Hotel location was great, close to Interstate and restaurants/grocery. Staff was very welcoming and amenities like breakfast, pool, bar and patio with grill helped make the stay comfortable.

Stayed overnight with family. Room was large and had lots of places for everyone to sit. Shower was excellent. Breakfast way better than expected. Area is excellent. Krogers in same parking lot. We stopped to grab some snacks and it was very convenient. Room was very clean, linens all in good condition, and pillows were actually supportive. Wonderful stay.

Staff was wonderful! So kind. Rooms were very clean. Loved the amenities, especially the 24hr gym. Would highly recommend!

Staff was amazing!! Libby wore many hats during our stay. She managed the front desk and the convenience mart and the bar all at once. She was a ray of sunshine and kindness when we needed it most after a long travel day from Maine. Additionally, your location was perfect for our needs around Indianapolis and Greenwood. Cleanliness was perfect!!

I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which made it convenient to keep up with workouts during my trip. The laundry facility was another big plus, especially for longer stays. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to be helpful and courteous, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!

My new favorite place to stay when I’m working in the area. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean and modern with a full stock of dishes and utensils.
