OYO 13012 Hotel HR Greens

We stayed in HR Greens from 06 to 08 Dec 2024 for a wedding. The location of the Hotel is convenient as it is close to the airport and there is plenty of space for various functions including parking. However, that is the only good feature of this Hotel. The rooms, the toilets the corridors are dirty, unhygienic and smelling. Please check for muck under the beds and the toilets before moving in. Toilets are stained brown and there is brown water in cisterns when you flush. The buckets and bathroom stool are chipped and stained. Corridors are smelling because cleaning person put all their dirty mops on the staircase landing from where the smell pervades back into the corridors. The Indore City health and sanitation department needs to carryout surprise visits. The parking attendants are the rudest. Repeated efforts to speak with the manager were futile. He refused to reply or respond. Then they have a ridiculous check out time of 0700 hrs as they booked it for the next wedding which gives them no time to clean or maintain the rooms. Please do not book this place for a wedding if you plan to also use their rooms. Not worth it. Regards Lt Gen Raman Dhawan
