I think this hotel is my first time good experience in India when I stay in hotels. Surrounding is nice, air pollution is good, their management is kind and good at their services. Everything was great.

Had a comfortable stay at Playhotel, the staff are really welcoming and helpful. Recommended for short stays. Breakfast options are also good. Would surely recommend for friends and family.

Atmosphere is very Good,,In busiest area of Vijay Nagar indore the hotel is separate and peaceful.

The all service was good if possible you can charge more and then give all the chats and snakes free Becz that is the attraction

This was my first visit to Indore, and my stay at Playotel made the experience even more pleasant. Right from the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm and friendly gesture. The staff were courteous, professional, and guided me through everything clearly, which made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally well maintained—neat, clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged. It was evident that the hotel had paid attention to the small details and covered all the essential needs of a guest. The cleanliness and overall room arrangement made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Coming to the food, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and pricing. Considering the price, I felt the food was very reasonably priced, with no compromise whatsoever on quantity or taste. The portions were satisfying, and the food was enjoyable. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a good variety of cuisines and options to choose from. Everything I tried was tasty and well prepared, making breakfast a great start to the day. Overall, I had a really pleasant and comfortable experience at Playotel. In fact, at one point I genuinely wondered, “Why is this only rated as a 4-star hotel? It deserves a 5-star rating!” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An appreciation to the entire staff for their warm hospitality, cleanliness, good food, and attention to customer needs and special mention to Vaishnavi and yogendran. I would definitely recommend Playotel to anyone visiting Indore, and I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Playotel Premier was a fantastic place, stayed with my mother for 1 night and the service was impeccable. It happened to be my mother's birthday as well, and Janvi, Ankush, Vaishnavi and Anshika at the front desk with Harshita from service took very good care of the celebration with a cake (which was mind blowing, and I later got to know was made in-house with their other bakery items). They also helped us plan our day out strategically, considering we were strapped for time. The rooms were clean, the bathroom had proper amenities and kits. I would recommend the hotel to other people for its value for money, and being slightly away from the main road. The location was fairly easy to find as well, since it was behind Radisson Blu. The breakfast buffet was also vast, with multiple bakery, Indian, continental, etc. options. I would definitely get myself some croissants from their basket.
