"My stay at your hotel in August to celebrate my mother's birthday was largely fantastic and memorable! The Highlights (The Positive): I must start with a massive shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Alisa, the Duty Manager, for the incredible room upgrade to a suite! It was a wonderful surprise and truly elevated our celebration. Thank you, Alisa! ♥️ The birthday room setup was beautiful and very touching—it made my mother feel incredibly special. Furthermore, the room itself was spotlessly clean, and the overall stay was extremely pleasant. The dining experience was excellent . Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. I highly, highly recommend the room service—it was absolutely delicious, and you won't regret ordering it! A special mention goes to Hanan, the Duty Manager, for her remarkable care and kindness. When I felt unwell, she immediately sent ginger tea to the room, and even offered it again on the day we checked out. This level of attention and genuine care is truly exceptional and not to be taken for granted. Thank you, Hanan! ♥️ The only negative point was an unpleasant incident following our last dinner. We were approached regarding payment for dinner before the staff checked their records to confirm it was paid. While a Duty Manager did apologize, the interaction was embarrassing and left us feeling uneasy and humiliated. In the future, it would be much better for the staff to confirm payment status internally before approaching a guest about that. We were told we needed to pay for the meal again, despite the fact that we had already paid the bill. This lack of verification before approaching us was highly uncomfortable and left us feeling humiliated. Although We received an apology, but the initial interaction was very poorly handled.why couldn't the payment status be verified by the hotel staff before approaching the guest?"

"Excellent and beautiful apartments! We had a room with a Marina view. The apartment included a kitchen, washing machine, iron with ironing board, drying rack, capsule coffee machine, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator (it's built-in and doesn't close tightly, so you need to keep an eye on it – though really, a technician just needs to adjust the doors). A hairdryer and slippers were provided. The bathroom had a high-quality rain shower, which was lovely to use. Special thanks for the comfortable bed, excellent mattress, and super clean white bed linen. Wonderful front desk staff. The rooftop pool (27th floor) offered beautiful views of the Marina and Eye (pool towels are not provided), and the water in the pool was almost hot. Nearby, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, and cafes. We went to a Russian-Uzbek restaurant, which had delicious pilaf, solyanka, and salads. The metro is about a 15-20 minute walk away. The beach is a 15-minute walk. There's a mosque below the windows, so you can hear prayers at certain times. CONS: Cleaning is only once every 7 days, and you have to restock consumables yourself. You can hear the neighbors. The air freshener on the floors is WAY too strong (they could definitely dial it down without compromising anything). They initially provide too little shower gel – ours ran out after just 2 days, even though the bottle was large. There are no small 2-3 liter pots, but for some reason, there's a huge 5-7 liter pot, even though the apartment is for two people! There's no kitchen towel to dry your hands (we had to use a small towel from the bathroom). The deposit is very high – $300. SUMMARY: I would definitely return if I have the chance; I had a very pleasant experience."

"I stayed at Ink Hotel Dubai for 5 days and had a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained.  The staff were polite, helpful, and always responsive whenever needed. Location is convenient with easy access to nearby areas, and the overall vibe of the hotel is calm and pleasant. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, making it a good value for money stay in Dubai. Would definitely recommend it and consider staying again."

"It was an amazing experience! Had a lovely stay with my family. I came here for a nice view but didn’t expect that their services and welcome approach will be the top 1 that I admired the most. From reception to bell man, house keeping, spa area, pool area and restaurant they are the best. Would even like to commend Abby and Saiful for their very warm welcome to us especially I have my mom who came here as tourist. I chose 1 hotel each Emirates and the Address didn’t failed me! Really recommended. The gym is amazing too!"

"The room was decent. My only complaint was that the air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted. It was already hot outside, but the room was stuck at a chilly 21℃, creating a drastic 20-degree difference. I ended up shivering after stepping out of the shower at night. Even setting the thermostat to 25℃ made no difference at all."

"Hardware: We booked a two-bedroom suite. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, and the guest bedroom also has a bathroom. The space is quite generous, with a kitchen and a large living room, making for a very comfortable stay. It's worth noting that the hotel provides direct drinking water, which you can simply dispense and drink, and there's also a kettle to boil water. Location: Directly across from the Gold Souk Metro station, and there's a bus stop right next to the metro, which is very convenient. You can also walk a little further, through the famous Gold Souk and Spice Souk, and then take a ferry to the Al Seef cultural old town on the other side. The metro to the airport only charges for one zone, though you do need to transfer between the red and green lines; it takes about 20 minutes, great if you want to avoid traffic. I highly recommend the metro's Gold Card here; although it's a bit more expensive than the silver, you get to sit in the gold cabin, which is never crowded! Dining: Directly opposite the hotel is a supermarket. It's not huge, but it's sufficient, offering everything from vegetables to fruits, seafood, and I even saw live fish once... You can also order takeout from platforms like Keeta to Noon; it's delivered to the hotel lobby, and the hotel will call your room, so you don't have to worry about language barriers with the delivery person. The hotel is surrounded by various dining options. Service: Very heartwarming. The front desk staff, Charlene, was particularly thoughtful; after seeing our 'Do Not Disturb' sign up all day, she specifically called in the evening to check on us. There's an infinity pool on the rooftop; even if you don't want to swim, it's worth taking a photo. The staff there are also very nice and proactively offer to help with pictures."

"Anatara The Palm is perfect as a family resort. It's location isn't the most accessible (as it is towards the end of the Palm) but isn't it the purpose? The hotel has excellent staff training offering very attentive and friendly service, plus facilities for everyone in the family. The F&B is great offering Asian, Steakhouse, and International proper dining cuisines, plus pool side and beach side bar/cafe and restaurant too. The sports centre is also great offering a wide variety of activities for adults and kids. The hotel also has free shuttle bus service to/from the Emirates shopping mall (closest mall to the Palm) which ride will take about 20-25min. Thumbs up!"

"I had a great stay at this 5-star hotel in Dubai. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The hotel facilities were great too, especially the pool and breakfast, which had plenty of good options. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely come back again."
