"I've been to Beihai so many times, but this hotel is the first one that makes me want to keep coming back! The location is fantastic, with views of the Red Bridge and the beach from the room. The outdoor hot tub has incredibly hot water, as comfortable as a hot spring, perfect for a relaxing soak after late-night snacks. The room itself is spacious, and they immediately accommodated our request for an extra bed, with amenities replenished on demand. The service is truly exceptional! Everyone greets you with a smile and is incredibly polite. So many hotels claim to offer 'butler service' but only provide customer service; this is genuine butler service – meticulous and patient, truly outstanding! The afternoon tea and 'goodnight' desserts are also excellent. Just outside the room is a large swimming pool, and swim rings are conveniently located next to the elevator, near the complimentary (truly unlimited!) drinks, mineral water, and coffee station. The bedding is superb; our family of four slept until past 11 AM, missing breakfast, but the staff still brought us plenty of food! I've stayed in so many five-star and luxury chain hotels in Sanya, Wenchang, Kunming, Chengdu, Beijing, and Shanghai, and I've yet to find one with better service and quality than this.
