"Booked this for New Year's Eve, and overall the service was pretty good, although the room's interior was just so-so. The lobby, however, was quite picturesque for photos, and it's close to Deji Plaza. My only complaint is the attitude of the staff in the lobby – it wasn't nearly as good as the front desk. Except for one shorter female staff member with her hair tied up who was very enthusiastic, everyone else seemed really cold and unhelpful. If you don't want to be in service, go home; no one's forcing you. For the same price point, I'd recommend Jumeirah Hotel instead."

"Acceptable but not outstanding, especially from a service standpoint. Staff were mostly standoffish and very unwilling to discuss anything outside of the script. For example, I asked if it were possible to have a late check out (I wanted to check out at 3, the standard time is 2); the front desk told me that all check out time is 2pm and cannot be changed. Absolutely no attempt to check if the room was immediately required or if anything can be done, for a single hour difference…. Like I said, acceptable but not outstanding. We to the the bar on my first evening and was told I have to sit at the bar as I was on my own (white, male). The following two customers were also on their own, but female and Chinese, and they could sit wherever they wanted. Not quite sure why the difference in treatment."

The thoughtful details enhanced the viewing experience, making every snapshot a perfect, filter-free masterpiece. What was even more surprising was the impeccable professional service, perfectly embodying Shangri-La's ”hospitality from the heart.” Check-in was efficient, and they patiently explained the room facilities and local attractions. The front desk assistant manager even proactively upgraded me to a lake-view room, earning instant high marks. During my stay, any request I had was quickly addressed by customer service. Housekeeping was meticulous, the daily fruit replenishment was fresh and abundant, and they even left thoughtful cards. They even noted guest preferences to adjust accordingly. The executive lounge service further showcased the hotel's warmth. Every staff member maintained a gentle and polite demeanor, neither overly intrusive nor slow to assist. This perfectly balanced service made me feel incredibly respected and comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to the subway for easy access, and within walking distance to Xuanwu Lake, meeting both travel and dining needs. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel offers an experience that exceeds expectations. The healing lake views and the warmth of the service perfectly blend, making you never want to leave. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Jinling (Nanjing) to rekindle this wonderful experience of lake views and heartwarming service!"

"The room facilities are very good, very suitable for many friends to travel together, the environment is also very good, the air is very fresh. "During my business trip to Nanjing, I stopped by the Jiapuji Hot Spring Resort Hotel in Tangshan, and the overall experience was truly delightful – a definite thumbs up! First, the location: right next to the Garden Expo Park, the environment is impeccable. Although it's a bit far from the city center, that's precisely why it's so quiet. The hotel has a modern Chinese style, with white walls and black tiles, which looks very refreshing and makes for great photos. I must especially praise their hot spring! This was my biggest motivation for coming here. Although it's indoors, it's designed to be very private, not like a noisy public bathhouse. The water temperature was just right; soaking in it completely relaxed my muscles and bones, especially after a busy day at work – the fatigue instantly disappeared. The water quality was also very clean, which is very important. The food was also good. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including Chinese noodles and Western bread, and the taste was worth the price. For lunch and dinner, we ordered local specialties, which were plentiful and authentically flavorful. The service was excellent; check-in was very efficient, and the staff greeted us warmly and responded quickly to any requests. Overall, it's great value for money. If you're planning a trip to the Garden Expo Park or simply want a relaxing place to soak in a hot spring, this place is perfect. I highly recommend giving it a try!"

"I tried this hotel for the private hot springs, and it was not a bad idea. I recommend it to friends who want to take a hot spring bath in the room. Facilities: There are not many rooms in the hotel, all of which are private hot springs, so they are all on the first floor. The room area is large, and the hot spring has an independent control panel, which can be used to discharge water/clear water with one button. The operation is very convenient. The maximum water temperature can only be 43 degrees, which is a little low for us who like to sweat in the bath. Service: The service is five-star praise. Because we checked in late that day, the hotel also kindly called in advance to ask about our arrival time and asked if we needed help to drain the water in advance. The room was decorated a little on Valentine's Day and a small dessert was given for Valentine's Day. Breakfast: It is quite rich, with many small snacks, beef noodles, vermicelli soup, and wonton. "[Five-star praise] Nanjing Banxia Homestay (Huanglong Yiyi Store) - a perfect holiday to heal the body and mind! This time I stayed at Banxia B&B, I really gave me too many surprises! From the moment I stepped into the B&B, every detail can feel the intention of the master. The courtyard of the white wall and green tiles is interesting with the green mountains and green waters of Huanglongxuan, as if I lived in the painting. ✨ In the early morning, I looked at the mist of the distant mountains by the pool. In the evening, I soaked in the water to watch the sunset and dyed the red sky. I felt a blockbuster shot. The homestay also prepared a floating afternoon tea intimately. When I was tired, I had a glass of iced drink. I felt full of happiness in an instant. 💛 The housekeeper contacted to confirm the demand one day in advance, and helped with luggage and introduced the surrounding gameplay when he arrived at the store. Every small detail is caring like a friend, and there is no sense of commercial alienation at all. 🌿 The location of the homestay is excellent. The tea field and bamboo sea are opened by the window.
