We only booked two rooms at first, wanting to see if Shantou is fun. Later, we extended the room for one day. Our room was already booked, so we had to change rooms. We went to several rooms, but still thought the first one was the best. The hotel staff was really great. When they cleaned the room for us, They also helped us fold our clothes and put our cosmetics in the cosmetic bag. It was really considerate. This hotel is the happiest and best experience I have ever stayed in. The only thing I think is not good is that the hair dryer is too weak. But overall it feels great and gives people a relaxing feeling."

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! I must especially commend Nina and Amy at the front desk; their service was truly heartwarming. They were efficient during check-in, thoughtfully offering hot tea and snacks, patiently answering all our questions about nearby transportation and restaurants, and even providing detailed explanations of our self-made travel guide, completely alleviating our anxiety about not having done any research. Throughout our stay, they greeted us with smiles every time we passed the front desk. Later, when we needed extra toiletries, they were delivered to our room within minutes, their attitude consistently gentle and professional. The hotel itself did not disappoint either; the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete and functioning perfectly. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. I also hope to experience Nina and Amy's excellent service again. "This hotel was the best find of our trip, amazing! First off, the location is fantastic; it's just 500-800 meters to MixC, Suning, and Longyan South Road, all within walking distance. Secondly, the hotel lobby features a Rolls-Royce, which my son absolutely loved. There's also a gym and a swimming pool, with a separate deep end (1.4m) and a shallow kids' area (0.5m), so the little ones had a blast. Plus, the hotel service is outstanding: they provide everything you could possibly need, like bed rails, latex pillows, disposable bath liners, early check-in, and late check-out. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful!"

"Ocean view room but the glass wasn't clean, which spoiled the effect. The air conditioning only blew cold air, and the shower water wasn't hot enough. After multiple calls, someone from engineering finally came, realized it couldn't be fixed, and then we were moved to another room. There aren't many food options nearby, but the adjacent convention center often has events, so it's worth checking their schedule in advance. The hotel is close to Nanao Island. The infinity pool is outdoors and only open when temperatures are high."

"The last stop on our Chaoshan trip was a perfect ending. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helping with our luggage and handling check-in and景区 admission with professionalism and efficiency. The accommodations were well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable and hygienic. The view from the window was beautiful, facing the sea, with spring flowers in bloom – a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. We brought elderly relatives and children, and the kids had a blast; there were plenty of play facilities. Sitting on the beach, gazing at the vast, boundless ocean, was a truly memorable experience. Our whole family loved it, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Shantou."

"I won't say anything else, just the lady at the front desk. We originally wanted to try other hotels this time to see how they were. It wasn't the first time we went to this one, so we wanted to try a different view. But they didn't answer our calls or reply to our private messages. Later they said we just needed to go there to check in. I asked them who they were looking for to check in, but there was no one. The lady here is nicer and the view from the room is better too.
