The hotel is located approximately 46km from Zhangjiajiexi Railway Station and 51km from Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Qingfeng Gorge, Wulingyuan Scenic Area - Shuangyu Baoshi and Huangshi Village all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for couples.
"This hotel went above and beyond during my stay. Rain who first greeted us was helpful from the very beginning of the stay until the very end. The hotel provided a detailed route for the Zhangjiajie National Park and even provided transportation to the park and pick up once completed. In addition they assisted with the luggage during check in and check out. If flying or riding into Zhangjiajie, the hotel does offer setting up transportation to and from the hotel if needed at a very reasonable fee. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast and complimentary tea with the tea master, who was also amazing at making the stay feel very welcoming. Once the tea master and Rain found out it was my birthday they made my day one to remember. The tea master wrote me a congratulatory calligraphy scroll and set up a cake with Rain to be given to me as well. The hotel also offered activities every evening. On the day I was able to attend, they taught me how to make peach cookies which was so fun and delicious. The tea master also showed us how to do calligraphy while we waited for the cookies to be baked. Rain set up a Wechat with the staff where I was able to conveniently pre order dinner, which was super delicious. My favorite was the eggplant with pork. I can't express in enough words how everyone here made the stay the most enjoyable. For anyone visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here. I wish I could have spent more nights here to enjoy the entire resort such as the heated pool and sunset terrace."

"Pros:
I stayed here with 3 other friends during my 6-day trip to Zhangjiajie. The manager on duty (almost 24/7) was Mr Zhong Han, who was probably the friendlist hotel manager I've ever met. On our first night, he gave us tips on the routes to take in Wulingyuan and reminded us about advanced ticket bookings for Tianmen Mountain. He also drove us to and from the Wulingyuan East entrance the first day until we were more familiar with ordering DiDis to get around. He even brought me to the local hospital after a minor mishap. He taught us how to use ******* to order food delivery to our room on days when we were too tired to go out to eat. His catchphrase was ”if you stay here, we're all friends!”. If personalized service is important to you, this hotel is 11 out of 10.
The family suite was also spacious, gorgeous, well-heated, and had a washing machine. Bedrooms were individually locked with your own keycard so that you can have privacy even among your group of friends. The beds were comfy and just the right stiffness for good back support. It was generally a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was actually at the hotel next door, but it was a decent hot buffet breakfast for the low low price of 20 yuan.
Cons:
The main thing that could use improving were the bathrooms. Each bedroom in the Family suite had a bathroom, but they did not all come with hand soap. The flooring of my bathroom wasn't well-levelled, so water spilled out of the shower area into the toilet area, and pooled there. There wasn't any bar or pole in the bathroom to hang a bath towel. Toilet rolls were tiny so they ran out quickly and we kept having to ask for replacements. The dining area also did not come with cutlery (chopsticks, spoons etc.) so you'd be quite limited in what kinds of food you can prepare and eat if you forget to get disposables from delivery.
It's worth noting that the location of the hotel isn't the most convenient if you plan to walk everywhere since it's about 4km away from the main Wulingyuan town. However we DiDi'd everywhere (and DiDi is super cheap) so it wasn't a big issue for us."

"Came to Zhangjiajie, but a heavy fog obscured the views. However, this hotel and the Charming Xiangxi show provided 80% of the fun! The hotel environment is excellent, and the staff are incredibly dedicated. The lobby is very relaxing, with berry tea and roasted sweet potatoes; sitting around the charcoal fire, I almost fell asleep. The sofa, bed, and pillows in the room are all very comfortable, and it was lovely to enjoy a beer with the mountain view from the room. It's an 8-minute walk to both Charming Xiangxi and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They even specially arranged for the chef to come back and cook a steak for me in the evening.
Highly recommended! This must be one of the top tourist hotels in Zhangjiajie."

"I've been wanting to visit Zhangjiajie for years, and we finally managed to coordinate everyone's schedules to make it happen. This was a family vacation, and we didn't want to stay right at the park entrance. After some searching online, I found Yixiu Yunshan B&B, a guesthouse nestled on the mountainside. The photos alone convinced me to book it. We drove ourselves, and the parking in the courtyard was very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch – the mulberry tea from Zhangjiajie was excellent! (We even bought two packets to take home.)
During our stay, we were very satisfied with the guesthouse's facilities and our room. The owner was also incredibly welcoming and helpful, assisting us with all our travel and daily needs. A special thank you to Mingyu (Nick) for his tremendous help. For anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay during their trip, this is definitely a top choice."

"Stylish Airbnb super close to Tianmen Park.
Good location, easy to find but not quite convenient for parking. Close to Tianmen Park if that is part of the trip plan.
Got free upgrade, so I could stay next to my parents. Two rooms with their own yards are super soothing.
Good facilities generally, but there could be some improvements too, such as the floor in my parents’ room, and maybe add some sticker on switches to avoid some confusions.
Other than that, I love the foam pillows, much better than normal soft pillows in hotels, also love the comb it provides in the bathroom. Good toilet and good bath amenities like shampoo and shower gel. Recommend to provide bathrobe too instead of waiting for request from guests.
I also love the auto curtains and traditional styled wooden door.
I couldn’t catch breakfast for my travel plan but parents did, they love it. Services from the host was great, especially when it comes to laundry service. He also helped with parking.

"The overall experience here was amazing. The staff were accommodating, friendly and always welcome. They kept the kitchen open late for us because our flight was delayed and gave us a laid out itinerary for our 3 day stay. Although it rained on our 2nd day here they gave us very strong contingency plans. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the tianmen mountain on our last day even though they had no obligation.
Big shoutout to pan who was extremely helpful the entire trip. He was always 1 text away and personally picked us up from the avatar mountains. If I could give pan a rating it would be 11/10"
