"We contacted the hotel via WhatsApp a day before arrival, completed the pre-check-in, and received detailed instructions about access and parking (we had a car). The check-in itself was quick and smooth, with no lines. We were given two room keys, which also worked as parking cards. The room was very spacious and cozy. The only surprise was the condition of the towels: they were clean but quite worn, and once we were even given a torn one. The view was beautiful — overlooking the Saloma Link, with the Petronas Towers. The cemetery view did not bother us at all. Housekeeping is done on request: every morning the administrator messages to ask whether cleaning is needed. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality was rather basic — dust was not removed, and we even left a small piece of paper on the floor as a test, which stayed there until the end of our stay. Trash was taken out regularly, and water, tea, and coffee were replenished. On the positive side, the staff were very responsive and reacted to any request quickly. There were no insects and no unpleasant smells in the room. The swimming pool on the 51st floor has stunning city views and is perfect for photos. However, the pool itself is not very large, there are very few loungers, and the relaxation area is small, not very cozy, and almost always occupied. A special mention goes to the elevators: during peak hours it is very difficult to get one, crowds form, and waiting times can reach 15 minutes or more. Overall, I can recommend this hotel. We spent an unforgettable 10 days there."

"Very nice and clean studio room. It’s has everything a solo traveller could ever need including a washer/dryer combo ( there was even detergent available.) the apartment is conveniently located behind a shopping mall; plenty of restaurants inside and nearby. Also the apartment isn’t too far fro KLJ metro line and from the 2nd floor of the mall you can access the Monorail line. The hosts were readily available and easy to communicate with."

"I really liked the apartment. It's very clean, stylish, and cozy. It has two rooms and a large bathroom. There's a steam iron, a hair dryer, and dishes. A few household items were missing, like a cloth, sponge, and glasses. (This is for a longer stay.) Now for the nuances. The building is new, construction is ongoing, and the drilling noise starts around 9:00 AM. It didn't bother us, as we were already awake. There's construction film on the hallway floors, but it didn't bother us at all. The soundproofing is really bad, but that seems to be the case in all new buildings. The wait time for the elevators during peak hours is about 5 minutes. We had to wait for all floors, as one of the four elevators is still under repair and is used to transport construction materials. A security guard patrols the pool area and shows everyone a notice with dress codes. Most people nod and go swimming anyway :) The water is cold, unheated, and the view is very beautiful. There's also a garden above. The location is a little off the beaten track from KLCC, Suria, and Petronas—about a 30-minute walk, but you'll be walking a bit near the slums. We took a lot of taxis. There's a shopping mall with a supermarket across the street. Overall, if you're looking for a new building and don't mind the noise in the morning, this is a great value."

"The lady at the front desk provided excellent service. She upgraded me to a twin room for free, which was very spacious with a beautiful view. I highly recommend checking out the infinity pool on the 47th floor; you can see part of the Petronas Twin Towers from there, and it's great for photos. It's also a short 10-minute walk to the Twin Towers. Most importantly, the hotel was clean and offered great value for money."

"We had a comfortable stay at Parkroyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur in January 2026. The room is spacious for two people, the self contained kitchenette in the room works nicely. We loved that the hotel has a self service laundromat located at floor 1 and we could purchase the laundry tokens from the front desk. The hotel location is one of the best, it is within walking distance to the nearest monorail station (Raja Chulan), quite a number of f&b shops are found nearby and there is a 7 Eleven downstairs which is so convenient. There's also a mini Starbucks coffee booth at the hotel lobby which we can purchase our drinks from. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple yet satisfying. Thank you for the great stay."

"Hotel location is pretty good, though if you intend to walk there, you need to know there is a small staircase beside lexus and walk through a small lane to get to wyndham. Not very clear signages. Of course via grab or any PHV, not an issue. Conlay mrt is nearby and it is walkable to klcc via the park. If you like to run in the park in the morning, it is a nice place to do that at klcc park which also has a mosque. Room size and room amenities are great, tbh. The downside was the pool unfortunately. It was supposed to start operating after their planned schedule maintenance, however that didn't happen. The children pool was only available a day later. There was no pool towel either. However, in fairness, the gym and the children's playground, which were on the same floor as the pool were good. And fyi, they had a snow theme attraction on 48th floor, extra charges of course. Helps to beat the KL heat."

"We stayed on the 13th floor with a view of the hospital. We couldn't check in early, even though they'd emailed me asking for my arrival time and to notify them 15 minutes prior. The manager showed up an hour later, said they started at 9:30 AM, took our luggage, and told us to come back at 2 PM. We returned at 2 PM, and the room still wasn't ready. They gave us cards for Barcik (presumably an access card or similar), and we finally checked in at 3 PM, which was, as stated, the official check-in time. The complex itself was delightful; everything was clean and comfortable. There's a terrace on the 33rd floor. On the 8th floor, there's another terrace with a garden and relaxation areas, tennis, and a playground. The 50th floor has a gym and a game room. And, of course, the incomparable pool is on the 51st floor. The apartment has a refrigerator, stove, kettle, and microwave. For dishes, there's just enough for two: three plates, a mug, a glass, and a wine glass each. For cooking, there's a frying pan and a small pot. Housekeeping is on request; they'll message you in the morning asking if you need cleaning, trash removal, and towel changes. By the way, there are only two bath towels."
