I booked this hotel for three days. The location is quiet and not far from My Khe Beach. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. Around the hotel, there is one mini mart and several restaurants.
First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for their great service, especially Tommy and Zoe. They are hardworking, humble, and always have big smiles.
Even though their English is not very strong, they try their best to communicate, which I truly appreciate.
Tommy is helpful, attentive, and always gives great local information, which really impressed me. On my last day, he even came to the spa room to say goodbye before ending his shift. That truly touched my heart.
Zoe always greeted me with a sweet smile and paid great attention to details. She handled unexpected situations very well. When I checked out, she came to my car to say goodbye, which made me feel very special.
The spa staff were also wonderful. One staff member was very kind and provided excellent service. On my last day, I had my hair washed and enjoyed a foot massage. She worked very hard until midnight.
Foot soaking and sauna are currently free—don’t miss it!
My trip wouldn’t have been this great without them."

"So amazing experience in this hotel , the staff from the reception, bellman and the servers in restaurant is very friendly , helpful and hospitable ❤️. The buffet breakfast is so nice and delicious , and the view in the rooftop pool is very beautiful and spectacular . The room was tidy and so spacious . The hotel location is great near in the beach , market , restaurant and spa . I would back to book and stay again in this hotel ❤️"

"A pleasant stay at maximilan with its superb location and sea facing views. The hotel is decent with amazing breakfast provided with the stay. Its food variety is wide and the food is delicious. My best experience was with relation guest officer Ms Kieu Anh whom served with her genuine heart and no expectation in return. She never failed to smile and checked in on your stay. When feedback was given, she took action immediately. Although they couldn’t solve the noisy hair dryer, her professionalism and customer service made our stay comfortable and taken care of.
I selected the king sized room with bath tub and it’s huge with ample spaces. The hotel provides toiletries and bed room slippers.
However the hotel feels a little dated and require upgrading with their fittings like toilet blinds which are mouldy and toilet hair dryer.
As for housekeeping, id like to suggest more quality checks to be done. When we checked in on day 1, the room was also pretty dusty and sandy. Then when I flipped the blankets, I saw red ink stains on the blanket. Also some stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to change immediately and I also saw that the mattress protector was torn with a hole. So I’d suggest for the image if their hotel, they could upgrade their fittings."

"This is an excellent hotel for its quite budget-friendly price. First off, I have to mention its location; it's right on the first line, with the sea just across the road. Downstairs, there's a cafe-patisserie, which is very convenient when you need a quick bite. The prices there are definitely inflated and don't quite match the quality, but it's fine for a visit or two. The room is Spartan – nothing extra, just a bed, a wardrobe, and a couple of armchairs with a small table – but we stayed for a month and found it perfectly comfortable. No issues with cleanliness, they clean daily. I recommend this hotel."

"This hotel might be a good fit if you're looking for a comfortable stay at an affordable price, but are prepared to rely on taxis for transportation. The location, however, is quite unpleasant – surrounded by drab concrete buildings in a rather unappealing, remote area with nothing much nearby and seemingly only locals around.
The room itself is very comfortable. The only downside is the extremely poor soundproofing; I was even woken up by a quiet phone conversation from the person in the next room.
The Wi-Fi is a major issue; it's constantly cutting in and out.
However, there's a beautiful rooftop with great views and a pool. Overall, the hotel itself is quite pleasant. It features a 'luxury' style, though it's a bit worn around the edges."

"The place is really worth the price. We stayed for 6 nights and stayed in their family room. The view of the sunset from the room is just amazing. They also have a pool at the top of the hotel with a really nice sea and city view. They clean the room everyday so you won’t worry about your trash daily. They also have good laundry service. All my light colored clothes were so bright after laundry. Although they could improve their breakfast buffet by providing variety of dish every day, their breakfast is still good enough.
The hotel is also part of the pick up point for tours so you don’t have to worry about getting a tour to Ba Na Hills.
Lastly, despite the visibly old facilities, they provide good service and the staffs are friendly.
One last thing, you should also try the coffee stall located in front of the mart beside the hotel. It’s really good and the stall lady is so kind ^^
We had a good time with our first travel abroad and staying in this hotel is definitely worth it."

"Located north of My Khe Beach, between the Sheraton and Hilton Awaken, our twin room with partial ocean view offers a fantastic view of both the southern beach and the city.
We accidentally booked without breakfast, which meant we ended up paying 60,000 VND per person for three meals. While the food wasn't extensive, it was overall very clean, bright, and fresh, so we were satisfied.
The room had a good bed and slept well. The bathroom was clean, but the hotel itself was small, and the rooms were a bit small. However, it was comfortable for two.
The rooftop pool on the 16th floor is small, but well-maintained. There's also a bar. On the 14th floor, there's a fitness center with walking and biking facilities, offering a refreshing workout overlooking My Khe Beach.
The hotel is surrounded by low-rise buildings, so the view is refreshing.
There are a few restaurants in the back alleys that are good for breakfast. Most are friendly and bright.
A slight downside is the lack of soundproofing from motorcycles in the hallway and outside the windows. However, the other amenities more than make up for it. If it's the current price range, I would definitely revisit."

"Aged hotel but maintained sufficiently well. Best part is the beachside and ocean view it offers if you choose the ocean view room. Breakfast was also ok, with variety for most guests. Sophia, the front desk staff, was very welcoming and polite to serve her guests. Thank you."
