The facilities are a bit old. Very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The towels don't smell very good. The surrounding environment is quiet, a little noisy on the street, no problem with closing the window. The room is a little lacking in soundproofing. There are not many restaurants around, which is not very convenient. The hotel bar can provide dinner.

The room is large and the surrounding area is quiet. It is a good choice for self-driving tours.

Although the hotel is old, parking is very convenient and there is a supermarket opposite

Rooms are carpeted, 🫣 hence one point deducted 🙃 these days in terms of cleanliness and allergies a no go otherwise everything is fine

I often stay at this hotel when working in Ingolstadt, and the first thing worth highlighting is the excellent staff. They are professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly—a true credit to the Minor Hotels group. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with high-quality bed linen. While some areas could benefit from a bit of modernisation, overall, they are perfectly fine for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is another standout feature. There’s a wide selection of high-quality items to choose from, catering to all tastes. And if you enjoy a hearty breakfast, you certainly won’t be disappointed!

I was there yesterday and i must say wow this hotel was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. Parking was included as well. The staff was super friebdly and i want to give praise to the receptionist. Her name was Ardisa and the helpt us get in and out of the place very quickly.

All very good, just two little mishaps. 1) On the room door from the inside, there is a box with two buttons. They are two pictograms of a maid, one of them crossed out. One would assume that if you press the crossed out one before you leave the room, you would get no room cleaning. Yet the cleaning lady still came when I was in the room. She was super polite though and advised me to put the "do not disturb" tag on the door handle. That worked. 2) at the breakfast, the personnel is a bit too quick. While I was eating I went to get a bit more bread for the jam I was having and even though I left the cutlery at an angle to sign I haven't finished yet, in the 30 second trip to the buffet, my unfinished plate and coffee was on the way from the table. I could get new food of course, but it still caused some food waste and an awkward situation. Maybe it's a personal preference, but I really like if the personnel just leaves the guests alone until they prompt them to help with a gesture or a non-verbal cue. But once again, the personnel was really polite, so no harm done.

Room is quite big and complete. There was a big table for workng. Internet conection worked perfectly. Breakfast was really good. Not so much noise. I slept quite fine. We were able to park on the street but there is also parking in the hotel.

The hotel was good on many occasions, but due to the following, I can't give it 5 stas. - There were no kettles in the room for making tea / coffee - There was no welcome water - The pressure of the water from the shower was a little bit too low for my liking.

Good hotel, the location on the edge of town is easy to find. There is a good parking space, also possible to park on main road. Aldi / Edeka / Shell garage in easy walking distance. Ask for a kettle for your room...they aren't a standard item!

THe NH Ingolsdat proved in all aspects to be an excellent hotel. Especially the restaurant whose menu was delicious and diversified + very amiable service. Very amiable reception also. As such rating can't be better !

Very nice hotel. Very welcoming staff. Clean rooms. The shower had a lack of power. Breakfast menu was okay. We had our dog with us which was very welcome. Dogs are not allowed to stay in the room alone, but it was possible to have breakfast - with the dog - in the bar, which was great.
