Scuol Youth Hostel
"The second time I go, a wonderful place, a clean and clean hostel. It is perfect to sleep one night."
Hotel Baer & Post Zernez
"Hotel Baer and Post is a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it. It was our first time staying in the Alps. We came for the Olympics in Livigno just a short bus drive over the border. When we returned in the evening the hotel was everything we could have hoped for. It is family owned, pictures of them and others are posted all around the lobby. A little gathering area of cozy recliners, sofas, and warm candles greeted us every time we entered. The staff is friendly, talkative, and genuinely kind. They were always happy to see everyone and made very nice small talk. If you're thinking about including breakfast I would encourage it. It's a traditional German/Swiss breakfast- croissants, bread, cold cuts, cheese, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, yogurts, cereal and fruits. I wrote out the breakfast for Americans who are coming here for the first time so they wouldn't be surprised when made to order eggs was not available. We loved the breakfast. It kept us full through lunch. The Sauna, Steam Room, and heated pool were clean, beautiful beds to lay outside and watch the sunset over the snow peaked mountains. Cozy robes and slippers to enjoy. Please note the steam room and sauna are full nude. No bathing suits allowed. We had a beautiful room, 124. It has a beautiful rain fall shower with a nozzle attachment. It was so large it felt like a studio. No fridges in the room so we left the white wine on the windowsill to chill until we needed it. Am looking forward to staying here again. Thank you for a remarkable experience."
Chasa Randulina
"The location was good and easy to find the reception was hard to find and the room had ants in it so not good that way not many but ok other wise"
Hotel Cresta
"We are often guests in Samnaun and switch accommodation. Occasionally we also take into account the Hotel Cresta. Price – Performance ratio is very good. The owner family and staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very varied! Eating is no longer available in the hotel, a restaurant driven by the same family is 3 minutes' walk away. The parking fee of CHF 5.00 I definitely find missing on the place!"
Schorta's Alvetern - Boutique Hotel
"Schorta is an amazing host—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. His hotel feels like a five-star establishment thanks to the exceptional hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding food quality. I loved staying here and would love to return. You’ll be treated so wonderfully that you won’t know how to reciprocate!"
Relais & Châteaux Chasa Montana
"We had a wonderful time at Chasa Montana. Daniel and his team made everything perfect - we called Daniel the hardest working man in Switzerland! We spent most days hiking in the mountains, with many trails accessible right from the hotel. The trails are well marked and maintained, with a very useful trail map. Each day after breakfast we would pack a picnic lunch to take along on our hikes, which was very helpful indeed. The Alps scenery can't be beat, especially with all the wildflowers this time of year. For dinner, the food and wine were great - every night Daniel would help us pick a wine and tell us a story about the winery and winemakers he suggested. Shout-out to Jorge in the Natioli Bar for his excellent work, and Hannah and all the waitstaff and reception staff for the most friendly and helpful service. In five days in the Samnaun region we didn't see any other Americans - it is definitely off the beaten path for the American crowd, but we enjoyed meeting so many Swiss and Austrian people. We also took a quick day trip to northern Italy which was just 45 minutes away. To get to Chasa Montana, we flew into and spent a day in Munich. The next day we drove to Schloss Neuschwanstein to spend a few hours, and then drove to Chasa Montana which made for a full day but very do-able. Thanks for an excellent week in the Alps, team Chasa Montana!"
Meisser Lodge
"- Service / Management (below average) -------------------------------------------------- --> Customer has to get their own room key and is sent around to get it --> Management doesn't stand by its employees (at checkout, management was told that certain deficiencies had been reported to the staff and we had received corresponding responses from the staff (including that the hard mattresses are a known problem). Management then immediately wanted to know which employee had said this instead of addressing the problem) --> Management is unfriendly; excuses are offered instead of addressing problems and finding solutions --> Management blames the problem on the customer instead of solving it (Hard mattresses are hard because we are "normal-weight people." And the Meisser Lodge only has overweight customers who need such hard mattresses...) --> Luggage is neither collected nor carried to the room --> Customers are not greeted (Staff speaks no German, only English) - Food (below average) -------------------------------------------------- --> Ham at breakfast was hard --> Tea box at breakfast was half empty (not refilled) --> Food ordered for the room: - No call was made to say the food was ready, despite being communicated by staff - Food was cold - Food received without cutlery (cutlery only provided after asking) - Food was extremely overpriced (soup, steak tartare, capuns approx. 70 CHF), and you're still hungry afterwards because the portions are small - Room (below average) -------------------------------------------------- --> Room (part of the room is low (less than 190 cm)) --> Extremely hard mattress, sleeping is almost impossible (problem is known but not resolved) --> Deceptions - Room not as described online (photos are incorrect) - Old bathroom (1960s/70s) instead of a new, modern one"
Sonnenhotel Soldanella Sonneck
"Very friendly service. Owners are dedicate to help guest in all matters. We where hiking in Samnau and the location of the Hotel is excellent - near cable car. Good food and bar with terrace - and the view! Spectacular!"
Hotel Schweizerhof Sta Maria
"Very friendly staff and great food. The interior of the hotel is very pleasant. I booked a single room as an overnight stay on the way to Italy. The room was great and had a lovely view of the mountains, and I would definitely consider coming back for a longer stay. Price wasn’t bad either!"

Relais & Châteaux in Lain Hotel Cadonau
"Was very good, we came here in winter 2022 and it was very very cold, I would advise bringing thick winter kits if you would like to leave your room and explore the snowy heaven outside, during night time, you could see the entire Milky Way galaxy and andromeda was also visible, very good place for astronomy lovers. It is like a completely different planet during the night time, the staff were very kind people too who welcomed us. This place has a beautiful view, the restaurant here had a view of the mountains. It feels amazing being here, a town you should visit when leaving the hotel is Saint Moritz, we went there many times and loved it."
Wellnesshotel Liun
"This host family does everything to make you feel at home! The menu, bistro terrace, and wellness area are highly recommended. I think the food is excellent value for money! (I can judge this from the salads, pizzas, and Graubünden specialties.) The breakfast buffet is simple, but has everything you could want. The very fresh bread is particularly amazing. Otherwise, there's the usual: muesli makings, cold cuts, ham and cheese, fresh fruit salad, jam and butter, and eggs. Although the hotel itself isn't (or isn't yet) wheelchair accessible, everything is accessible thanks to the dedication of the hotel team. The rooms are nice and spacious. No frills, but they make you feel comfortable, thanks in no small part to the Swiss stone pine. I'd definitely be happy to come back!"
Hotel Panorama
Hotel Arnica Scuol - Adults Only
"This is an outstanding boutique hotel which delivered a first class experience on every measure. Great location, superb design, quiet, intimate and personal with excellent food made from local produce. One of the best hotel experiences in my thirty years living in Switzerland."
Piz Ot
"We saw this Airbnb on the internet and booked to visit our friends and enjoy the beautiful location. As soon as we arrived, we didn't feel welcome. The host was very rude and unfriendly. I definitely won't stay there again."
Hotel Nevada
"We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Nevada in Samnaun! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home — always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with stunning mountain views that made waking up each morning a real joy. We especially appreciated the cozy alpine charm and modern comforts combined so thoughtfully. The breakfast buffet was excellent — fresh, varied, and delicious. The wellness area was a real highlight after a day of skiing: relaxing, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The location is ideal — just steps away from the lifts and shops, yet peaceful and quiet at night. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the Swiss Alps."
Hotel Filli
"This is a most beautiful hotel. We came in on a cycling tour. We were cold, wet and to be welcomed by Christophe and his family was such a blessing. This Hotel only rstes three stars however, in our opinion, it should rate five stars. The rooms are superb, especially the ones with balconies the beds are the most comfortable. The cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional and what a wonderful breakfast. Should we ever Return this is the hotel we would stay at. Christophe was so helpful with telling us how to see the town where to go where to catch buses etc. Even though we only stayed one night we wish we could've stayed more. We will never forget this experience. Thank you Christophe and your beautiful family."
Hotel Restaurant Gabriel
Hotel Al Rom
Hotel Münsterhof
"The room that was given to us was not wonderful, carefully cleaned in every detail, so clean that we were happy with the choice made. We have been pleasantly affected by the courtesy , professionalism and availability of the holder since the check-in . The only sin for us was that, being a walking journey, we stayed only one night, in addition to the room, breakfast is a real strong point of Münsterhof. The choice is varied and the quality of the products is really high, it is a structure where everything that is done is done with love and passion and it is perceived, my wife and I will always have a wonderful memory of this structure and certainly we will have it. we will return ."
Typically Swiss Hotel Altana
"This small hotel is perfect for your holyday. It's close to buses and train so you easaly can reach the whole area. The rooms are big and comfortable. The food is exellent and the breakfast give you the perfect start of the day and also includes a lunchpackage."
