GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a small village at the heart of the bamboo forest, which offers stunning views on the surrounding mountains and tea fields. The rooms are nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. The personal is very kind and try to be helpful.
That being said, our stay was not as good as we had expected because the bedroom and the restaurant were freezing cold. When we first arrived in our room the heating was off so we had to turn it on, which was fine, however 5h later it was still only 17°c in the room and it was already getting dark… We complained and the staff kindly offered to upgrade us to a room which was supposed to be warmer and it was, but only by one or two degrees depending on the hour of the day. The restaurant was only 10°c so we had to eat with jackets and hats on. The floor heating had not been turned on yet unfortunately. So if you consider staying at this hostel during Autumn/Winter make sure to ask if the floor heating is on before booking.

The swimming pool water is very clean, KTV mahjong, billiards are all available, the side dishes are also very good, the sour bamboo shoots made by the boss's wife are delicious👍You can go to the North Zhejiang Grand Canyon near the homestay, and several rafting nearby are also very close. It is also pleasant to stroll along the stream without going out to see the bamboo mountain.

GGuest UserThere is a special parking lot, no need to squeeze 20 yuan a day parking space under the mountain with other people. The accommodation is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite rich. If you need it, you can also book a fee-paying dinner in advance.
In addition, pick up the steps down, 10 minutes, is the well empty Grand Canyon wading into the water mouth.
The most praiseworthy is the staff of the old woods. Intimately showed us the way, afraid that we would go wrong, and showed us the way. We left my son's pillow in the hotel, and the staff helped to retrieve it and delivered it home intimately. thank you. The cutest person.

GGuest UserThe family room is on the rooftop of the fourth floor, making it unsuitable for large luggage and for children and elderly people to climb.
The room was a decent size, though there were a few bugs. We didn't order food from them, and they wouldn't let us take takeout back to the room, saying the smell would disturb the guests next door. My food was actually quite flavorless, so we had to eat it in the first-floor courtyard, enjoying the breeze.
The swimming pool and cafe are quite nice, and the kids loved it. The swings were a nice cool place to play in at night. It's close to the rafting area, and parking is convenient.
The stream isn't very big this year, so I checked and found it impossible to play by the river. The water was stagnant, the tables and chairs were dirty, and there were a lot of mosquitoes...

There is a tea garden behind the villa, the natural environment is very good, full of fresh air. The proprietress was very enthusiastic. She added WeChat a few days in advance to communicate with us about the check-in time, etc., and would also bring clothes according to the weather reminder. The proprietress’s family planted tea by herself, and just wanted to buy some souvenirs. Because she was a guest, she gave a very favorable price.
