Always a pleasure to stay in Stage 12 hotel. It’s our 4th time, and we always enjoy our stay.

Location is great and very clean. But u when we came back to hotel one day we found an open chocolate bar . Overall great place highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. Location: The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which was a huge plus. Breakfast: The breakfast variety was impressive! There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, which provided a great start to my day. Bar:The hotel bar was another highlight of my stay. It had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cocktail selection was creative, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize.

the air conditioner wasnt very strong. the parking is 16 euro a day

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable! Fantastic location,just 1 min walk from the centre that has lots of cafes and shops.Breakfast spread was fantastic and gym and sauna were amazing! Beautiful view of the top of Innsbruck!

The location couldn't be better – right on the main square, with two shopping centres and plenty of eating options close at hand. Very nice hotel but somewhat overpriced.

Great stay in the very middle of the town, great design, clean and neat, the spa is really nice although lacking amenities, same with the room. Comfortable stay, big parking👌🏼

Initially, I couldn't find my reservation. After a while, I realized someone had checked in beforehand. It was hilarious. There was no explanation, just a simple "sorry." 🤣 The hotel has a good location, and everything else is just okay. One thing I particularly want to point out is that there's no place to put my toiletries on the bathroom sink. And since it's an old house, the bathroom lighting is also poor. Those are really inconvenient. If you're driving, you don't necessarily have to stay there. A slightly more secluded, better-looking place would be better.
