Reviews of Sporthotel Igls

Since we only stayed in Innsbruck for a little under a week, there's not much to report regarding your survey. Unfortunately, our pre-sent luggage (via Hermes) didn't arrive, which cut our vacation short and dampened our spirits in Innsbruck. This had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel itself. However, using the spa area isn't really feasible with just hand luggage. The three ladies at the reception, though, deserve a special mention. They were friendly, helpful, and competent.

Nice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer. Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car. Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!

The price-performance ratio was good, but it could have been cleaner. It was very dusty, and the shower had an extremely low-flow shower head, so you could never rinse out your hair conditioner. We had to remove it and shower without it. The door was covered with a film to conceal unsightly scratches.
