Nice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer.
Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car.
Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!

Even though I was travelling solo I had a huge room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The views of the mountains are breathtaking. Nice pool although shorter than my last stay. Breakfast is plentiful with a great selection of items. I loved the cakes. The coffee is great which I loved

Everything was really good. Good hotel, rooms good size with great view, swimming pool good, good accessibility to ski resort n to Innsbruck and a great day receptionist. However two bags from the Christmas market went missing from room and not found. So the gifts the kids had bought for the grandparents lost and meant we left on a sad note, on what would have been a perfect few days

Positive points: - The bed was comfortable - The check-in and checkout was done quickly - There was free parking Points to be improved: - The rooms were very hot (not even a fan in the room) and it was difficult to sleep in summer weather. - The room that was given to us was overcrowded with objects, which reduced the overall space in the room. - The bathroom area was full of mold and not clean - We were provided a half empty soap dispenser that barely covered our needs. - The shower pressure is reduced under the excuse of wanting to be ecologically friendly but in the end it requires 2-3 times longer to take a shower... so not eco friendly nor a good customer experience.

First off, it is not in Innsbruck, it is away from the town and much closer to the sky slopes, if that matters. Which is a good thing actually, rooms in hotel in the town are small, this hotel has large rooms with a lot of natural light. There was no ski in September, therefore it was not busy and the area was just perfect for sightseeing. Hotel is very old but clean and well maintained, great location, parking, and great hotel staff. I didn't have a great view from my balcony, my daughter's room did, great sunset view. I loved the size of room and the balcony. Furniture is simple, knotty pine, but clean and efficient. We ate across the street, small cafe, limited variety but delicious. Hotel has a hotel too, but it did not feel "casual".

Probably my 10th stay at this hotel. It’s been rather rustic and run by the same family for ages. However the pandemic has changed things - some for the better some for the worse Better - easier passage from main entrance to rooms in the east wing and spa - well functioning free parking Worse - all staff seem new and not very well trained - on check out the bill included my already prepaid room and the lady did not, at first, understand that this was wrong - renovated room. Nowhere to place clothes etc. No shelves- no cupboards. Glass “door” to bathroom with 30 cm open space at top and bottom. Weird, even when traveling w spouse. Very cold, icy electrical light in room. You hear other rooms very well. We twice woke up 5 45 from an alarm clock somewhere else. Never happened in any hotel room before.

This hotel is in the center of Igls and the bus stop is so close. Friendly front office and vast restaurant is the highlight of our trip. This is an old heritage property but has an elevator. We got a room in the second floor which has a kitchen with utensils. Room is well kept and the restroom tidy. Bath cubicle is of small size and feel as suffocated. There is short hike and woods walks near the property. Worth a stay

Absolutely fantastic staff, we had a beautiful spacious room with lovely views and a balcony, a really good breakfast and other amenities also available (sauna, swimmingpool, bikes: we didn't use them but they we all clean and good) .We ate at the hotel a lovely dinner (don't forget to make a reservation.. it lokms empty bit fills up in an instant!) and overall just great value for money, very recommendable (and our special thanks to Shiri at reception, who went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible! 👍)

I strongly advise against this hotel. No protection for its IT department; it was hacked last summer. As a result, my bank details were leaked, I was charged 1,500 euros and the manager did nothing but ignore me. He initially delayed the response deadline until he no longer responded at all since September. This hotel has no regard for its customers and absolutely does not protect your information. To flee !!!

As a priority, ask for the rooms which have been redone... frankly the others are 30 years old, should not even be open The breakfasts nothing exceptional for this range of hotel while there is a buffet distributor of charcuterie thrown into the dish, juice terrible fruit defrosted bread no toaster not possible to have fried eggs in short not at all 4* Let's be honest The restaurant is pretty good but even eating at 7:30 p.m. is late for them... The bar seems nice but it's the Waiter of the restaurant of the dishes of the bar so we wait and only simple, they do not know how to do anything of a bartender At 9 p.m. everything is folded and turned off no atmosphere and the staff is just waiting to be able to leave... borderline unpleasant not at all suitable for a 4* The SPA is great swimming pool and sauna and fitness at the top no Hammam or jacuzzi Establishment otherwise rather clean, but sad at all levels The girls at the reception are friendly and helpful But we will never come back it is certain To know this region this is a hotel which does not have its stars and which without staff effort has no chance of retaining its customers it scares them away not its bad service

This was the third time we stayed at this hotel but it will be the last. The first 2 times were excellent but the last one was a disaster. When we arrived we learned that the hotel had changed owners. The website was left as is to attract customers and once you get there you quickly become disillusioned. Staff not at all attentive to the customer. We wanted to have treatments, we were told that the masseuse was on vacation... We had taken half board, one evening we had chips and a piece of curry sausage with ketchup as a starter, then as a main course some spaghetti with 2 shrimp, we are still in a 4 star, cost price of this menu €5... At breakfast on the first day there was a chef who prepared the eggs, the other days there were none, we were told that he has too much work... The New Year's Eve party was announced for dancing, at the aperitif we were told that there would be no music... In short, I could continue, but I see that the new management is doing everything possible to reduce costs and above all to scare away customers. When we left not even a goodbye... A savvy traveler who feels like he's been had. So my advice is to avoid this hotel...

The rooms of 3 sea with balcony are spacious, quiet, clean and well appointed. Friendly staff. The common premises are pretty and the location is good with a nice view and a great building. Small downside for the swimming pool which is relatively small, the relaxation area is not very heated and the lunch costs 35.-/person which we waived.
