"I came during water distruption - landslide causes main water supply pipes broken. However I disappointed with the hotel service. Not attentive at all, not even ask do we need some water bottles while we not even have a single drop of water in the room. We bought the water bottles ourselves from the nearest supermarket. No breakfast provided for the first day but the hotel also not offering any compensation for that. The service not up to par for the price I paid. While we know that the water distruption is not the hotel's fault but the staff is lack of sympathy for what we have to go through. Besides, they only provided pick up service and for drop off need to pay 15BND. The hotel looks clean but it smell musty all that way, they definitely need to renovate the flooring. The only good thing is they provided iron and iron board in hotel room."

"Stayed here recently and found the overall value to be good, especially if you don't mind being a bit further from the city's main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable compared to similar options in the area.
However, getting to interesting places required taking a taxi or bus, so keep in mind that it’s not the most central hotel for sightseeing. Check-in was a little confusing reception gave me the wrong directions for both location and floor, so I had to ask twice to find my room. Other than that, everything else met my expectations.
If the location isn’t a major issue for you, this hotel is a solid choice for budget travelers. Would recommend for guests looking for clean rooms and value, but advise double-checking details at reception."

The rooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. There's a washing machine, but no detergent, which would have been a nice addition. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the taste was decent. Overall, highly recommended."

The staff are friendly and have a great attitude, which added to the positive experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the Wi-Fi was a big disappointment as it didn’t work at all, which can be frustrating for guests who need internet access."

"We booked two suites for our group of eight.
**Pros**: The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the city center. The suites are spacious, featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The air conditioning works great, and the bedding and towels were clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient, especially since taxis here only accept cash. I emailed to book a pick-up and received a quick reply. We were also able to extend our check-out until 1 PM, with an hourly fee of 10 CNY for additional time.
**Cons**: The rooms facing the street were very noisy at night due to cars speeding by. The facilities are quite old, with issues like leaks and clogs. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable. Interestingly, the 6GB data SIM card I bought at the airport for over 80 CNY was used up within 24 hours; it seems more reliable to purchase data cards online before traveling domestically. The kitchen is only really suitable for boiling noodles, as it lacks the necessary tools for anything more complex."

"The room was a bit damp, but overall, it was a good experience. A special shout-out to a very enthusiastic lady at the front desk who helped us with a taxi and recommended a fantastic seafood restaurant that we absolutely loved. She was full of energy and it was a pleasure interacting with her. Although I don't know her name, I'm sure you'll know who I'm talking about from my description. My travel companion and I aren't keen on damp rooms, but our interaction with her significantly improved my impression of the hotel. [Happy]"

"The check in was easy the cost was affordable and the beds were comfy.
Unfortunately the hotel is just a bit far away. Brunei is a lovely place but a little bit of lack of public transport and the walking paths aren't very comprehensive so sometimes to get into the main part of the of the city it can be up to an hour pong walk.
Otherwise the hotel is great."

"The two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon."
