"Traveling with family and friends for the National Day holiday, the check-in process at the front desk was incredibly inefficient. It took nearly 15 minutes to check in for three rooms, and they even switched staff members twice during the process. In the end, there was still an error with the registration, showing how unfamiliar they were with the procedures.
To top it off, we found steel wire in the mung bean soup at breakfast – absolutely disgusting!"

"The hotel was clean and tidy, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I happened to catch the opening of the supermarket next door, which made driving in and out a bit inconvenient. This time, breakfast exceeded my expectations; there was a wide variety, and the food tasted great. I recommend strengthening the inspection and maintenance of doors and windows. When I first entered the room, one window couldn't close completely. After I managed to fix it myself, it finally closed properly, sealing out noise. The door lock also felt a bit loose."

"This anniversary was so unforgettable! I told the hotel in advance that this was a special day, but I didn't expect them to make it as ceremonial as possible! As soon as I entered the room, there was an exquisite swan-shaped towel on the bed, a greeting card with blessings written on it, and iced red wine. The atmosphere was so ambience! The whole layout was full of details, and you can see that a lot of thought was put into it. The staff was also very considerate, and they always smiled from the moment I checked in, providing us with all kinds of help. "Wow, this hotel is absolutely amazing! The grand, luxurious lobby took my breath away the moment I walked in, making me feel like a VIP. The front desk staff's warm smiles were like a ray of sunshine on a cold winter day, instantly melting my heart. Check-in was incredibly fast; I had my room card before I even knew it. The room itself was beyond perfect – spacious and bright, with a bed so soft I didn't want to get up once I laid down, feeling like I was wrapped in a cloud. The bathroom was also spotless, without any unpleasant odors.
I have to mention the hotel breakfast; the variety was dazzling! There were breads, pastries, fruits, porridge, and so much more. I tried a little bit of everything, and it all tasted wonderful. Especially the freshly made fried egg – crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, absolutely delicious.
The hotel facilities are also excellent. The gym equipment was brand new, and after a short workout, I felt like I was going to turn into a bodybuilder! All in all, this stay was a fantastic experience, and I give this hotel a five-star rating! The next time I'm in the area, I will definitely choose this hotel again."

"A day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Thank you, Xiao Shi!"

GGuest UserAfter looking for a long time, I finally found a newly opened hotel in Anxi. The location is on the side of the road and the road is paved, but it is not noisy and quiet at night. The room is small but simple. I don’t know why the bathroom has no floor mats. The bathroom floor feels very slippery. The front desk service is very kind. Will help find a parking space to direct the parking, the door design is a big failure, any room closing sound is particularly loud, the first night I met drunk, noisy until three or four o'clock. .

HHormuzFacilities: The laundry room is super convenient with all-in-one washer-dryers, meeting all basic needs. The breakfast spread is also very rich and varied, offering vegetables, fruits, and whole grains (the bread was particularly delicious!). Clearly, their main focus is on cleanliness and healthy options.
Hygiene: The overall hygiene was truly excellent, and the rooms were very well-lit.
Environment: The general environment was pleasant and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was incredibly cozy – neither too hard nor too soft, just the perfect firmness for a wonderfully restful sleep.
Service: The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly responsive, immediately finding solutions for any requests I had. I had a very pleasant stay!

Last night, I actually found tissues in the quilt. At first, I was confused and thought I had dropped a tissue on the ground, so I picked it up and threw it in the trash can. Later, when I lay on the bed, there were tissues under my feet. I got up and found that there were still tissues in the quilt. I notified the front desk and they changed my room at around 2:00 in the middle of the night. It was really disgusting.

Because I booked a car at 7 o'clock in the morning, I had urgent work and needed to leave at 6:30. The hotel breakfast started at 7 o'clock. I went to the restaurant at 6:20 with a try mentality. At that time, the meal was not ready. The aunt helped us to cook noodles on the spot, coffee and milk enthusiastically. It was so touching! This is too humane. 2 When I came back at night, my girlfriend's clothes were stained with coffee. The front desk sister saw it and immediately told us that there was a laundry area on the fourth floor. We could go to wash it. If it was not convenient, we could also contact the outside washing arrangement immediately. We could wear it after one night! Nice. I like the thoughtfulness of the front desk lady and the meticulous service of the hotel! 3 On the day of check-in, we booked a 1.5-bed room. The front desk lady saw that we were two people staying in, and she was afraid that we would not sleep well, so she upgraded us to a 1.8-bed Jingya bed for free. My God, this is really the first time I have stayed in a hotel so many times. It was so touching! 4 After checking out, I forgot to bring the charger. I called the hotel and added WeChat. The design of the tea room is very unique and full of cultural atmosphere.
