"Carmel is a beautiful town and the hotel is in the town centre, so the location is perfect. Room was a little dated, but reasonably clean. On the night we arrived to check in, staff was super friendly and helpful. He gave us detailed instructions regarding our room and parking, also local restaurants recommendations. His service was a 5 star! On the morning of departure, we vacated the room and checked out at 9am. We went for a stroll in the town, and returned after an hour. When we returned at 10am I asked the staff (not the friendly staff helped us check in) if I can use a restroom. Knowing we just checked out, the staff bluntly replied there isn’t public toilet in the hotel, so we’d better use the one in the local park. When we asked if we could go back to our room to use the toilet as it’s still early. His said the cleaners were already in. We then walked to our car which was next to our room, only to find the cleaners hadn’t been at all. Zero hospitality, disappointed."

"Quite satisfied, all aspects are done very well, whether it is breakfast quality or room hygiene, high-definition TV, convenient parking, or the surrounding environment, impeccable, worthy of this price. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the attitude of the front desk service is relatively flat and not enthusiastic enough. This is also a bit of a fault."

"The room is small and complete, this is the first hotel in the town, not open on weekends, so good luck. Twin room, the bed is a bit small, but the baby sleeps in a small bed with a sofa, just fine. Breakfast is delivered by the hotel, but the tip is not rich, but the miscellaneous fruits are pineapple, cantaloupe, cucumber and so on. Next to the hotel is lush, smelling a scent, can not help but buy. Carmel Beach should be visible across the bed."

"The room is not big, but it was a good night to stay in a motel on Highway 1. The room is not big but it is warm, the room has all the necessary facilities, and it is quiet at night, 5 minutes drive from the town. 10 minutes by the sea, very convenient to have a car, parking is free

"It was dark to the hotel. The hotel was in a residential area, but it was convenient to go to the center of the city. The hotel was clean, the room was medium in size, and the breakfast was delivered to the room. It was simple but I felt that the preparation was more careful and very fresh. The fly in the ointment is that the quilt is a bit thick and I didn't sleep well."

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Each room is a separate, charming cottage, and it was hands down the most comfortable accommodation I've had in days. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely choose this place again. It's best suited for those with a car as it's located on a hill, but once you've parked, you can easily walk down to the small town for meals."

DDuanmulynnLocated on the northern edge of the small town of Carmel on the way to California Highway 1, there are a total of ten rooms in the two-story building. The small courtyard is full of green plants and flowers. The firewood burning in the fireplace at night is swaying, and the small courtyard lights up more romantic.
Convenient check-in: Convenient, the lady who checked in at the front desk was very friendly and there was a parking space in the yard.
Safe: Safe and quiet.
Environment: The town environment is elegant and very beautiful.
Hygienic: The room is in good sanitary condition and the bed is very comfortable.

LLiuWe accidentally booked the ADA room, but the staff was so kind they helped us change to the right type of room right after we contacted them. We loved the coziness of the room, and the fireplace. The breakfast at the lobby was delicious and they provide a lot of choices.

帕帕洛达斯recommend! A very romantic hotel in Carmel. It is a 12-minute walk from the small street in the city center and a three-minute walk from the beach. You can watch the orange beach sunset in the room. The building and decoration of the hotel have a Spanish style. There is a garden with good vegetation. Many places are suitable for internet celebrities to take photos. Breakfast is very careful. In the evening, there are sangria wine and chocolate cookies. The rooms are relatively small, but the hotel service is very warm

HHunter YorkIt was a nice hotel the pool is heated. The breakfast says continental but it really just pastries, fruit and juice but it was good still. Be aware there is no microwave at least not in the room we got and the doors use old fashioned keys instead of key cards and have to locked by pushing the button on the inside when leaving a mistake we didn't realize till later. Otherwise its a nice hotel and a short walk into town.

YYUQIBreakfast is very simple. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is parking lot. The rooms are ok, warmer, with more furniture than other hotels. I stayed in two room types, different room facilities are different, some can be extra bed and some can't. It is suitable for taking children, it is very close to the beach, and there is no seaside moisture.

唐唐Very close to the highway and close to the 17th bay. The facilities have been slightly improved and the sound insulation is not very good. Back to another similar hotel. There is a complimentary breakfast, the bed is very large and it is ok in general. If you drive by car, you can stop at the door. The gas station is separated by two streets.
