The room was clean a little outdated the employees that was there when I checked in she had a scowl on her Dave and then lied about breakfast she told me it was cold bag breakfast when it was really hot breakfast which I just foundt out this morning close to check out but al glad I didn’t go because it was packed it’s like they said forget Covid 19 same with the swimming pool it was open but it was packed with multiple families the lobby smelled of **** and the staff was no where to be found at any time it was always a sign that they had stepped away from the desk overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here it was really loud the first day after that it was okay and kinda quiet the remote in the room worked somewhat and the tv attena was horrible other than that it was okay still wouldn’t recommend

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and unless you ask for room to be cleaned in between nights they will not do it. Hotel is dirty rundown you can hear everything around you. Breakfast was not the usual for This chain. Carpet was dirty and dingy bathroom had mold behind the dated wallpaper. Sorry never at this location again

They didn't replenish our coffee supplies for the next day (nor any room service for that matter), the bathroom fan didn't work, the desk chair wouldn't stay elevated, and the bathroom door wouldn't stay open. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason and we all had to be evacuated and sit in our running cars to stay warm. No explanation, no apologies, and no comp for our inconvenience.

It was quiet. The food was standard. The building was clean. The staff were kind and helpful. As for the building itself, it seems to be aging. One of the curtains was missing from the window. The plaster was crumbling in certain areas. The room design was very utilitarian with no aesthetics and what appeared to be eclectic arrangement other than the central location of the bed.

All good, however, and I think this is a matter among all hotels, carpets, you need to take better care of carpets; after walking barefoot on the carpet my feet start itching and burning.
