It was in located in the central spot of the town . And has a sea view too. And what impressed was the included breakfast for this cost . The food was good and the rooms were so comfortable.

This is a convenient and comfortable hotel with a friendly and hardworking staff team. Senior management take note! We stayed for two nights and it looked like the ssme staff were working 24 hours a day! The only slight negatives about this hotel are that the beds feel tiny. Comfy enough but small. Also, like all Inverness hotels, price per night can be obscene. I refuse to pay more than £70 per night and will not stay here if the price is over £100, which quite often it is. On the plus side, a very good breakfast buffet is included.

Service throughout our stay was freindly and Prompt, breakfast was very sizable with plenty options and was all quite fresh tasting. Rooms were clean and had all we needed in them, tv was showing it age and there was a strange smell in the corridor and into the door but that was the only faults we had. Very enjoyable and well recommended. Added point Young man at the desk for morning and when we checked in went above and beyond during our stay.

Cleaning was good , breakfast was moderate: room was terrible as i was with 2 kids and room was very very small for family, my little kid hurt her feet and cheek by sofa bed . Spent 2 night and noticed no body change out towels , same towels were there where we left , almost paid £400 for 2 nights .. if i be honest after Holiday In i spent few nights with Premium in and experience was very good with premium in

Best for families, close to retail park, few nice places for kids, infolate, bowling etc nearby. Best hot chocolate all day serve free of charge. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay again if going with family. Nice , fresh breakfast. Free parking.
