The homestay is clean and well-equipped with basic necessities. For those bringing children to swim in the pool, please ensure they wear proper swimming attire — even jersey shirts are not allowed. In my opinion, it’s suitable for two families. However, if there are more, the entry and exit rules can be a bit inconvenient for those who are not used to them. Overall, it’s good.

Spacious and clean apartment. Check in easy and all facilities complete. Near to Nasi Kandar very delicious! Will repeat again next time !

I had a very pleasant stay at Ipoh Manhattan Suite. The unit is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The location is convenient and the check in process was smooth. The swimming pool is great condition especially for kids, making it enjoyable for families. Overall, it is a great place to stay, offering both comfort and value. Highly recommended!

Good location and clean

Appt is big but aircon is weak. We lowered the temperature to 16 and still need to turn on the fan. The bed linens are old and the bath towels are scratchy. There’s no dryer so have to hang the laundry all over the place to dry. Only provided two extra rolls of toilet paper for the 2 bathroom for a 3 nights stay for 6 persons😆

Room is big , equipped with everything needed . Nearby family mart & some local restaurant . Overall is good , will definately be back !

The check in details are very easy to understand and have no problem to self check in, the condo is very clean and spacious. Will book again.

The service of the contact person is excellent. The lobby of the apartment is quite dark though safe… the apartment inside is spacious and bring with plenty of lightings … the balcony looks nice but can’t be used as the air-con heat are expelled from there. The towels and beddings aren’t clean…

Have a wonderful time with friends here . The location is good , close to shops and shopping mall .

GOod and convinent location. Unit was on Ground Floor convient for family member who age 80 snd above plus need walking stick. Unit was clean & complete with necessary items

It’s a great place with a good and strategic location. Plus, I choose ground floor and it is very easy for us. Definitely will choose this place again when we go to Ipoh in future.

- The bed linen appaers to be quite worn out - water pressure in both bathroom's were very low, mailing it very difficult to rinse off, only one pair of bathroom slippers for sharing - minimal plugs available in living / dining area. There is only one plug available next to the door in the bedrooms except for master bedroom. - this apartment is located near an airport, noise level can be challenging.

Near a lot of restaurants. Area not to busy . Decent homestay to pick for vacation.
