Very cozy, premium staff also friendly ang helpful.. Will make sure, will checkin here once come to Ipoh. The best hotel in Ipoh so far, I've been multiple hotel before in Ipoh, but this one is really the best one.

Whenever my foreign friends visit Malaysia, I always book them at this hotel. The pool is absolutely top-notch, and the desserts are delicious. The rooms are also spacious and very clean.

This hotel, located in the heart of Ipoh, boasts an elegant interior and comfortable environment. The staff are all polite and friendly, especially the bespectacled Chinese supervisor/manager at the morning buffet – he deserves special praise. It's the best hotel I've experienced in Malaysia in terms of staff! 👍🏻

Clean, quiet, and a very comfortable bed. The location is convenient and the service was excellent. Didn't try the breakfast. Highly, highly recommend! Absolutely loved it! The bed was quite high, and the bathroom mirror connecting to Bluetooth to play music was a unique touch.

Everything about this hotel was great. The atmosphere was noble and elegant, and the restaurant food was delicious. The sky pool was a major highlight! We booked a deluxe room with a jacuzzi, which our child absolutely loved. The only minor drawback was that the executive lounge only offered a small selection of snacks and coffee, with no sodas or juices. This wasn't very kid-friendly for families. The executive lounge could definitely be improved. We would still love to come back and stay again if we get the chance.
