I stayed during a public holiday and school holiday period, so a large crowd was expected. Unfortunately, the check-in process took over two hours. I queued from 6:00 PM and only checked in around 8:30 PM. Initially, there were two staff members handling check-ins, but later only one remained. Credit to the staff member on duty he stayed calm and professional despite the heavy crowd and queue cutting incidents. The issue was clearly a lack of manpower and planning. Management should anticipate higher guest volumes during long weekends and streamline the check-in process. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the check-in experience needs significant improvement during peak periods.

Came across this accommodation on a last minute book before check in. Staff at the reception is friendly and address the crowd smoothly. For the price of RM180++, with 1 room - 2 single bed and 1 room 1 queen size bed is very affordable All aminities are new and clean. No carpet flooring and no one time use slippers provided. I'm fine with that. Complimentary on site parking provided. Very satisfied, will visit again. 👍

Worth , easy parking, near to town near everything mall food court, new building . Hotel Lobby very fresh air, Our room aircon very cold, everything tip top. Will stay again

New hotel- great value for those travelling to Ipoh. You’ll need a vehicle to move around or at least use grab. The only thing I wanted to comment is that the staff should mask up, especially if they’re sick. When I checked in, the staff looked really sick and had snot hanging on his nose. All these happened while handling my check in. It was traumatising for me. The hotel should provide hand sanitisers too. The room is comfy however the beds are a bit too hard. Each need should come with two pillows, even those single beds.

The exterior is pretty grand for first impression. Security Guard is super friendly and helpful. Do keep this up. We arrived after 10pm and we have to checked in with the help of a security guard as the receptionist closes at 10pm, but all good. Location wise, a drive/ grab is necessary for all foodies. The infinity pool was amazing, overlooking the polo ground. Suppose to have a cafe and kopitiam at the top floor, but since this condo project is still new, it is still not operating yet. Maybe my next visit. Interior of the room is spacious, there's NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and etc. Fridge, microwave and kitchen utilities, Hair dryer, iron. Floor not so clean though - rather dusty. we booked a unit with 2 rooms (1 room with 2 twin bed and 1 room with Q bed). No private bathroom in the bedroom though, only one bathroom. The Bathroom drain hole was clogged during our stay. Therefore, the draining was a bit slow, and it causes mini flood inside the bathroom. Things to improve (in my opinion, that is): 1. to add an extra latch at the entrance door for extra safety, I will not have a peaceful sleep if I am staying alone though. 2. Only have one bedside table. would be nice to have another bedside table so I don't have to place my things on the floor. 3. Dressing table inside the main room not to be placed facing the bed for feng shui purpose (just saying) Overall, I had a nice stay here and the bed is so comfortable. I had a good rest though.

Never thought the stay was so good & we enjoyed our moments here. Clean room & amazing ambiance! The decorations are great and we will definitely repeat our stay here in the future! ❤️

The floor was dusty (not sure if it’s due to construction still ongoing) and there was water clog at the shower room. Texted the property agent and their response was quick to fix the issue 👍🏻
