The hotel is a bit old, but generally well-maintained. The location is good too, with restaurants right downstairs, which is very convenient. The service was decent as well. Overall, it's a pretty good place.

Located about 1km from Concubine Lane and it has a basement carpark (free). Comfy bed and pillows, with strong AC and good shower water pressure. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Staff were friendly as well. Overall decent for the price.

Most of the hotels in ipoh that include meals are t20 price. For a just nice, comfortable and include meals and parking, not a lot of Noise, this is the best choice

Comfort as well vs budget hotel. Smell good and the breakfast variety for maybe 2/3 star hotel. Tq hotel for tue good services. Got own parking at the basement

Very strategic location but seems cleanliness big issue as toilet basin leaking and when we check in has some left over rubbish in the room and the pillow case seems long time didn't change. In terms of location it's very strategic travel within Ipoh town area. Do take note when exit lift area there a slight slope which me and my wife almost fell down. Think hotel must put a various sign on this too especially for elderly not aware such risk
