No lift, have to walk thru stairs. Breakfast 7/10 Receptionist. 9/10 Room 6.5/10 But good service tho.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is set in spacious grounds, quiet and spacious. The reception staff was friendly. The bathroom was small but adequate. The hotel has its charm. The number of TV channels may need to be increased.

friendly staff..very fast respond to each my needs, good location. the room entertainmen nexflixt package (tv) is great and easy to use. tq

This hotel very good & convenient to stay for business traveller alone or with family. Just about cleanliness not too clean but service ok. Also have swimming pool separate for kids & adult. The dinner also affordable but not many choice of food. The breakfast very delicious and everyday they rotate the main menu. Overall, just nice & best.

Hopefully the management of Seri Malaysia Hotel will improve the facilities of the room..the toilet wasn't clean enough..pls clean the toilet wall and the toilet bowl properly. We've got smelly fridge and not functioning..after dropped a complaint then they came to change but it didnt work too..the staffs were very helpful and lifted the mini fridge to another plug point. The worst thing was there were many birds poop near the pool..pls do something..

I had an excellent stay .The hotel was clean, and everything was well-maintained. I experienced no issues during my stay, and the service was smooth and hassle-free.

I like it at nite ada kinda gerai kat tgh2 hotel ni.. tp cuti sek je ada katanya.. overall, this will be my port if i ever come back to ipoh

The food at the cafe is superb! And delicious but the room i got is quite bad. The pillow was terrible with bad smelly and “maps”. The toilet also is quite dirty with the sink clogged. I just realize early in the morning once i switch on all the lights the room, the pillows and the sofa was terrible.

Firstly, parking is easy. Love the room. Love the food in cafe, although has veen better last time. The ambience is nice. Much better than before. Tahniah!

Nice room, basic amenities, need to use the stairs to climb to third floor, not sure is there elevator or not.

The room is quite old and there was water leaking from the air conditioner making the floor wet. There is no lift provided so it's not really convenient for senior citizens . Not worth the price to me.

Location is in mid of town and easy to get there. Surrounding is cool and quiet area. The room is old school with an old furniture. Toilet just ok, functioning, equipped with water heater. Wifi connection was ok. Breakfast is moderate but still fine for local people. Teh tarik no need to charge, perhaps? Pool available for kids and adult. Easy & fast check-in & check-out process. My personal opinion is this hotel may need some upgrading works to look presentable and up-to-date. thank you
