There's no window except in the toilet. No tissue except toilet paper in the toilet. only one toilet to share with 5-6 people for the family room it's a bit difficult

The room is clean and comfortable, free parking available, convenient location and value for money. However the room wasn't well soundproofed.

There is a McDonald's just next door opens fm 8am to 2am. Convenience for late night supper for those not driving

Convenient location for golfers nearby Royal Perak golf course & many kopitiams nearby for breakfast. Convenient parking in front of hotel

Whenever we visited Ipoh! We are always stay at S Boutique Hotel! The location is near to Ipoh Town, Tambun Town and also, exit to Highway! The staffs are friendly, room cleanliness is good.

Pro’s: Staffs friendliness Room tariffs (Quite fairly priced) Room facilities (Quite Equipped) Room Cleanliness (Fairly Clean) Con’s: Room carpet smells (bad odour) Outside parking (No room guest car parking) Venue of the hotel is far away from the city’s town centre (Attractions Area) 5-6 kilometres away.

Our room is a triple room, nearby our room feel so noisy , not sure what is the sound , seems like dishes sound. So whole night I can't sleep well.

This budget hotel is very convenient and near to Petronas petrol station and McDonald. Need to pay RM100 deposit when check in.
