Aeon Kinta City is just behind the hotel & there is a ice cream shop around the corner (I am an icecream fan). Exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. We stayed in a Two bedroom suite, nice and comfy.

Services was amazing by the staff, we were given a complimentary hi tea spread, simple breakfast buffet but was good enough.. however the only downside there is only one mirror in the room and located inside the washroom

This hotel located is nearest with any convenience store such as Aeon. I arrive around 3 am and so quite difficult to find the signboard lobby and no body such as security/bellman to assist me .. because in-front hotel lighting quite dark. checkin process easy and smooth with rm100 deposit. Parking quite easy to find after get instructions from their staff.. Room : clean and nice . But their do not have dressing table With mirror . Just only 1 mirror inside in bathroom. Overall good for this hotel .

The room is clean,internet wifi is good. Location is very convenient

Love the design and ambience. Spacious and clean room. Basic amenities are available, convenient enough if you just bring your own bag of clothes. Hotel has wellness club complement with gym and jogging track for those with active lifestyle. However no mirror provided in the room, have to go to bathroom if you need mirror. Only one small trash bin in family room. Please add one in bathroom as well. Other than these two, the hotel is already great.

This hotel location is strategik surround with f&B ,just the car park behind the hotel a little bit dark. There is also a door gift n hi tea.

The hotel strategically located around many eatery and walking distance from Aeon kinda city. The welcome tea time set was kind gestures.The breakfast buffet selection was pretty simple. Perhaps I didn't study the facilities or mentioned during booking, the hotel may not suitable for elderly or people with mobility problems. My mum complained the manual staircase outside the walkway of the room and need to take the elevator put and down. We also noticed many dirts and dusk inside the room. No mirror aside one at bathroom, no dustbin at the bathroom, the window seeing the walkway outside. It was not so convenient when we having 3 person sharing the family 2 bedroom. The room lights was deemed too. I think the hotel design is unique and suitable for those like modern vibe.

Nice place for a staycation. Alot of good choices nearby. Staffs are very friendly & room was neat and clean.

Best to stay here. Big room, free parking, good food, beautiful room. Great view and great value. It has wifi so that I can get access to my online work. overall best accommodations with spacious rooms and so much coffee provided by this hotel .

Great service. Cosy environment. Nearby mall. Complimentary welcome hi tea set is just good for a rainy day when we were not able to go out from the hotel

Everything was great during our 3 days 2 nights at this hotel.Located at a very strategic location,Aeon is just on walking distance,restaurants and bars are just nearby.Only 3.5km away from Lost World of Tambun.Hotel is very clean,elegant and classy.I love the smell of the corrider walk,very refreshing.Staff are warm welcome,checkin and checked out was very fast and smooth.We are welcome with a set of Hi Tea,really appreciate it.I love the breakfast,although it simple but tasty.Buffet breakfast is available at Cawanmu.Cannot demand more for breakfast as you get what you paid.I will recommend this hotel to everyone(if you don't mine not having swimming pool).I will definetely stay here again for my next visit to Ipoh.Thanks to Trip.com for the cheapest rate price and make my booking easy👍
