A deposit of RM100 is required upfront before checking in the hotel, and they only accept cash or card. If it's paid by card, they will only return your deposit in 2 week's time, something I find ridiculous. Luckily I paid in cash so it doesn't apply to me. Other than that, I find the facilities to be satisfactory, the complimentary tea and breakfast to be adequate and the hotel staff to be very courteous. The strongest point is actually the location, which is right next to a shopping mall.

Nice place. With good scenery and there are a Kopitiam before. And beside there is a big coffee shop

Good location. Clean. Outdoor and multi-storey free parking. Room is comfortable. Free Wi-Fi in the room and common areas. Complete with complimentary high tea and breakfast

i would say it was a pleasant stay in this hotel for 2 nights. hotel room designed is cozy and comfort and im impressed hotel service with hi tea meal managed to deliver to my room. hotel staff also cared and concerned on my room issues arise and even offered to change another room. satisfied with free parking provided and breakfast also included ! i hope so hotel management improve reception service and room shower water quite slow and not very cold.

The location is strategic, the staff is friendly, and the establishment is clean and nicely renovated. Complimentary high tea and breakfast are also provided. I highly recommend it.

Nice boutique hotel, walking distance to Aeon mall and eateries Delicious local cusine at their cawan mu restaurant.Shout out to the guy at the reception Partiban been very obliging and pleasant .The onlyonly drawback that need to be improved is the bad lighting to the room which appears quite dingy

It was an excellent hotel. The room was very accommodating. Even though the hot water was not working as we left. The concierge was not helpful as we struggled to load our baggage into our car. Apart from this, it was a wonderful experience.

Always love staying here when i have business work trip . Spacious room and got hi tea also.

Clean compact but poorly lit room; generally pretty basic. A fridge would have been useful. Breakfast was included but I would have opted for a discounted no-breakfast option, if one had been available. Sadly the complementary high tea was also not worth the calories. Proximity to a large mall was a key plus.

Nice decor of the hotel and room. The service in the restaurant was good and food is nice. Unfortunately the service from the check-in concierge's attitude needs to be improved on. What a pity as it led to a disappointing first impression.

There is sort of a lounge or seating area outside our rooms. There is complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks throughout the day there. It is a very comfortable place to sit and chat. We also had our takeaway supper there. Hotel also offers one complimentary afternoon tea. Hotel is surprisingly modern, nice and clean.
