This place needs avoiding!! Bed bugs. Fire doors propped open with fire extinguishers! Microwave which caught fire when turning it on!!! Ripped carpets. Kettle full of limescale. Broken cupboard door. Mouldy sink surrounds. No fans or air conditioning.

Great location with stress-free car park. You just feel at home. Oh, plus good privacy.

The place is nice and comfortable and cheap

Very nice place. Very welcoming Good Value Room nice and spacious with smart to what more could you need. Also tea and coffee in room nice touch.

Good room with all facilities

Good location, room clean and tidy. Bed made into a double as requested. Ideal location for our trip to Ipswich for football match, walking distance.
