Gabz'k Hotel & Resort

This is a DISGUSTING hotel with terrible service!! Let me start by saying that the first time we booked a room there and they confirmed it, we arrived, and they simply told us they had no available rooms. But then why would we confirm the reservation and charge us? We'd driven many kilometers and had nowhere to stay, so we took the money from them and immediately took the ferry to another island. On our way back, when we were returning from the ferry late at night, we also pre-booked a room at the same hotel because there were no other options on trip.com in this city. And what happened? We paid for a room with one double bed. They gave us a room with two single beds, with thin, tiny sheets to cover ourselves with. And look at the toilet!! It has no seat rim! This is nonsense. There was no toilet paper, no soap, and no water. Nothing! The employee just shrugged and offered us nothing in return. We were extremely tired after the journey and went to bed. But I'll never set foot in this hotel again!!!! And I don't recommend it to anyone. THE DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT.
