The hotel's key system has been out of order for a week. Every time I go out to go back to my room, I need hotel staff to open the door. The facilities inside are not usable at all, because it is annoying to go in without a key and be locked. In this case, the hotel should not accept the order at all! What a terrible, terrible experience!

Our king-bed suite was excellent - clean, large, with an awesome configuration! The breakfast was good, and the hotel had a shuttle to/from DFW. Highly recommend!

Room had no blackout windows, facing pool, so big bright lights flooded my room all night. Bathroom area smelled sour, not sanitized. Bed was comfy, though. Noisy gate below my window also kept me from sleeping.

Room was so clean and roomy for a family of 3! Staff were nice and it was in a wonderful area! Definitely will be staying here when we come back in the area.
