The description is very misleading. The online listing claims that a sofa bed is said to be included with the suite. This is not the case. I understand that there will always be a certain degree of curating with the online pictures. This to say I never expect hotels to look like they do in the online images. However, the discrepancy between the online images and the actual hotel is quite a gap for this establishment. The room smells of cigarettes, though smoking is banned. The carpets quite clearly have not had a proper cleaning in ages, and this can be smelled during your stay.
More importantly, you simply do not get the room you are paying for. The amenities described online are what you get in regards to the space, layout, and things like a sofa-bed. I planned on doing some work during my stay and the desk chair in my room was literally broken--locked all the way down to the ground almost. Needless to say, working is not a possibility in this hotel. Coffee was good and the staff was friendly. The listing itself, however, should not include images of a sofa bed, as this is not included. Likewise, I think they could do the bare minimum and check to see if their desk chairs are not broken, Otherwise the listing is downright fraudulent in its representation of the rooms.
