Staffs are very nice, helpful and excellent. The location is great, just a minute walk from Ise City Station and few minutes to Ise Jingu, highly recommended.

I initially felt the room rate was a bit high, but after staying, I was completely satisfied. The staff were excellent, the room was lovely, and the food was truly delicious. It was well worth the price.

Hotel is located only a minute away from train station but it's so quiet in hotel. Room was clean and comfort, and also well maintained. Dinner & breakfast were so good than all hotels or ryokans we had in Japan so far with similar rate level. Staffs were all so nice and helpful, no matter in restaurant or at front desk. It's also surprised for us as our room was equipped with onsen bathtub, so we could enjoy onsen both in our room or in public bath. We had a joyful stay and would highly recommend this hotel in Ise for travelers.

We chose this hotel for our first trip to Ise as a celebration for my husband's retirement. During dinner, my husband choked on some meat (his throat was already narrow), and the staff were very concerned and kindly made the remaining rice into rice balls for him. We were able to relax and enjoy a delicious meal in our room. We would love to visit again. We were also very satisfied with the open-air bath in our room.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. They left a message in our room and even changed my 2-year-old niece's meal to a child's menu at the last minute, making it a very satisfying trip for everyone! We would love to stay here again when we visit Ise!

It's conveniently located in front of Ise City Station. The front desk is on the 5th floor. I appreciated being able to choose my yukata (Japanese robe). There's a large public bath with a hot spring, and an open-air bath as well. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. It was just the right distance for a morning stroll to the Outer Shrine. I was glad they held my luggage after check-out.

I was initially confused by the layout, with the front desk on the 5th floor and breakfast and dinner served on the 1st floor, but it's a new and very clean hotel. The location is great, just a 1-minute walk from Ise City Station and there's a convenience store behind it, so you can easily drop off your luggage and go buy anything you forgot. Not only were the facilities excellent, but the breakfast and dinner were truly delicious! The soup and hot pot dishes at dinner were especially fantastic. The alcohol pairings with the meals were also excellent.

Dinner was delicious, but the smell of cooking oil wouldn't go away.
