Seven x Seven Ishigaki

The hotel's location is excellent, with a large supermarket nearby. It's also only a 10-minute drive to the shopping street and Ishigaki Island ferry terminal, which is very convenient! Most of the staff are friendly and polite, and they proactively greet you when they see you. The hotel uses a QR code as the room key. I saw online that others mentioned receiving an email to fill out personal information for check-in before arrival, and then they'd receive the QR code. However, I didn't receive the email even on the day of check-in and when I arrived at the hotel (3:30 PM). When I got to the front desk, one female staff member seemed a bit displeased, perhaps because she had to help me check in manually. That was a slight drawback at that moment! But overall, this hotel is still of very high quality!

What a fantastic stay! The hotel environment was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious and clean. The surroundings outside were a bit plain, just a road, so having a car is a must for convenience.

The fire alarm went off for over 30 minutes in the early morning. Hotel staff didn't come out until about 10 minutes later and offered no official explanation. They only spoke in Japanese to the people who had evacuated outside, and then simply said "no fire" in English. The next day, there was still no announcement, and the staff's handling of the situation was very disappointing. The pool had a lot of leaves and debris floating in it, and cleaning only happened much later. There were no staff members at the pool, so I couldn't ask for towels or request a cleaning. The service really fell short compared to the facilities.
