Conform to what is presented. Nice location、very quiet day and night、toilet on both floors、everything you need in the kitchen. AC in the room. To me it was a plus、but to those not used to it、beware、the sleeping surface is pretty hard. You can use the parking space right next door for 500yen/day. For the price it's quite fair. Everything was simple、smooth and efficient. I enjoyed my stay.

I used this as my base for a two-week island hopping trip. The price was very reasonable and it really helped me out. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay on Ishigaki Island on a budget!

You can stay at a low price. The check-in explanation was quite abbreviated and I felt it was unfriendly. The toilet smells awful. The building is quite old so there is a creaking sound. There is a supermarket nearby.

楽しく清潔な環境で過ごせました。居酒屋ひとしに近く、4日連続で行くことができました。手ごろな値段のレンタカー屋さんにも近く満喫できました。駐車場もお借りすることができて最高でした。大変リーズナブルに止めていただきバスタオルも100円で借りることができました。洗濯も100円でできました。価格重視の方にはぜひお勧めです。洗濯粉もつけてくれました。

寝るだけならOK 歩いて居酒屋や食堂、コンビニに行けて便利です。ローカルのバス路線からも近いです。建物は古く、布団が薄くタオルケットだけで寒かったです。
