Reviews of TRS Coral Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

My first room was terrible. Water fell down due to a/c problem, when we arrive. We couldn’t do anything during maintenance and clean. So we spend dinner time in the room. And second day, we moved our room cuz of a/c humidity and noisy problem. the butler who works night time did nothing to prepare to move my room. We stayed at room for 3hrs. Finally I could move after I called frontdesk to ask moving my room. In the result, we were just staying in the room in dinner time for 2days. It was super terrible experience. They messed up my honeymoon trip.

Awesome hotel with friendly staff and incredible restaurants

Good hotel, beach with a lot of wind but little sargassum. Good service, the restaurants are good but not outstanding. The pool is good, the bar needed repairs. The gym and spa are spectacular

Even though there weren't that many guests, check-in wasn't done in order, and even though they said it was a honeymoon, there was no setting up whatsoever. Other than that, Bartler also had good real-time communication and I was very satisfied with other services. I intend to visit again, but I wish they paid more attention to making a better first impression.

Did you expect too much... First of all, it's a pity that I didn't receive the buckler service well. I tried to install the app in Korea, but I couldn't authenticate the app, so I exchanged it with KakaoTalk, but the answer came quickly, but the execution time was too slow. If you ask me to do something, you have to tell me two or three times... Because there are so many people, I think you must make a reservation for all restaurants. And it took a very long time to order food from room service or at a restaurant. It took more than an hour... Still, I think it's hard to follow any hotel in terms of facilities, beach-owned chic cabaret show, etc. Still, I have intention to revisit ~!~!

The service is overall satisfactory. The food is a bit bad, especially the pizza. ㅜㅜ And the Japanese food, teppanyaki, looks delicious. If I come to Cancun, I probably won't go there again.

room is good The main pool is also small and there are no different types of things to use.. The water is dirty... . El Gaucho is really delicious. It was nice that it was close to the beach.

The hotel was so clean and nice to play in the water. There are several restaurants, so it is fun to choose from. It was a pleasant trip, especially thanks to the friendly staff. If I come to Cancun again, I intend to visit.
