The food here is crap. Super expensive and crap. Room service food is a joke. I swear pizza from the grocery store tasted 10x better but yet i paid 30 dollars for it. They said they will take it off the bill. Come check out, the manager Uriel, said he can't take it off the bill. He can only give 50% because there is no report. I asked him to talk to the two people I spoke to (the guest service and the room service guy that I dealt with) but he said he's not WILLING TO. He can, but he's not willing to. URIEL THE MANAGERS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ****. "I can contact them but I'm not willing to" is his exact words. I paid for pizza that litterally tasted like cardboard. I can buy grocery store frozen pizza and microwave it snd it would taste better than their room service overpriced pizza.
Also paid about 800 Canadian a night for holidays. Thought there would be better food than this

It's a decent hotel, the environment is good, but it's still inconvenient to stay away from the hotels in the 7-character area, the distance is quite far! It is inconvenient to take a taxi, and the taxis parked at the door are very expensive! ! !

Our family had the best time , all the people that work there were absolutely great .( Santiago David and the 2 other ladies from activities) are incredibly ,bar thender by the pool unbelievable. We would definitely go back to this resort.

My son got sick from the pool. The maintenance team did not put chlorine and did not have enough PH in the pool. For a high resort you should pay attention to the pool. You have chrck with all thrir fee bevause they are seeking about it.

I loved how secure the area was. The resort was very clean and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Water is defiantly something I worried about but Villa Del Palmar had everything purified and clean. Did not get sick at all! Did not explore much of the food options as the reservations are fully booked days prior before but we actually just walked up to them and asked if they had opening and we were able to get seats. So I would advise to ask in person too as an option. The only thing close to walk is a gas station and a pharmacy. Definitely not in a tourist area as you would have to take a taxi 20 mins to the actual tourist area. I would defiantly book again though. :)

Our experience at this hotel was amazing, from being picked up at the airport to walk in and immediately acknowledge by all the staff members.Concierge offering champagne or cold water when we arrived, it was an absolute pleasure staying here. The service is outstanding.
I will definitely be staying here again. Planning a vacation in mid June 2024 with the rest of my family will certainly be staying here again.

Very clean and very well maintened. check-in and check out could be more faster than that. If you book through ******* is hard to find someone to clarify your promotion especially if you don't have all inclusive in your reservation. Overall is nice experience and nice stay.

Hotel is good, Most of the staff was good. Beautiful location of the hotel. But have to wait long time at the reception line if you any question and go during the check in or check out hours. Why can’t they just keep atleast a single counter for already existing customers.
