I had already told the front desk in the morning that I would be extending my stay in the afternoon and asked them not to call me because I wanted to sleep. However, I was still disturbed by phone calls one after another in the afternoon.

I booked a non-smoking room, but ended up on a smoking floor. I only realized it after I lay down because of the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I had to report it to get my room changed. On top of that, the air conditioning was broken and wasn't cooling at all. A technician had to come fix it for a while before it started working. However, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, better than any 5-star hotel in Islamabad.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip. The facilities are great, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. I'll definitely be staying here again. Thanks a bunch! Haha.
